The trailer lights went out about halfway through our trip. Luckily, I had a magnetic set of trailer lights in my truck that I could use to complete the trip.
William Loggins2nd time here, only reason for dropping off it is closer. Would not rent. Craig is the most rudest person to deal with, also flirts.

hailee Kaolulo-GonzelesThe appliance dolly I reserved was given to another customer who booked after me because "it was a $900 rental." I had to drive to Lafayette to get one. I would love a rebate for my time, gas and frustration. I had to postpone my trip a day because I didn't want to drive all over with an empty trailer. I had him disconnect the trailer and picked it up the next day. Also the Uhaul website sent me to 412 7th St for pickup and that was a residence. I had to call Uhaul to get the correct location. When I went to return it in DeRidder, no one was there and no one answered the phone so I had to find and drive to another location. I have never before had a bad experience with Uhaul but this was awful from beginning to end.

Not for the owner of the business to get there at 7am then do all kinds of other things while I am waiting. Finally about 7:15 to 7:20 come deal with me. Probably not very professional either for the owner to tell a customer that "a customer waiting on me is very aggravating".

GABRIEL DORSEYNEVER RECEIVED UHAUL!!! Drove all the way from Houston, Tx to Abbeville, La to pick up uhaul and location never answered the phone, no one was at location. Called uhaul after hours of trying to reach Craig’s Auto and uhaul said someone took our uhaul the day before and returned it in Tx already!!!! And could not find us a replacement. Drove 300+ miles FOR NOTHING!!! Told us we need to reschedule another pick up!! This terrible terrible service deserves a free uhaul!!!!!!

Warren ShoopFirst I rented the truck 5 miles from where I needed it. I get a text before I got to the facility that i had to drive 25 miles each way to pick up the Truck. I was charged for the extra miles when I didn't need to. The truck was out of gas. I barely made it to a gas station. Truck was filthy inside and out. When I brought the issues to the attendant he told "it is what is", rent it or not I don't care. "You don't have to use it". By this time I had already paid helpers and didn't have a choice. You would think a company like Uhaul would care more about their image and the integrity of there representatives.
