Cozy Living was very helpful and knowledgeable in choosing the right trailer. They talked me through the process, helped me hook up the trailer and gave me tips on it's use. I would highly recommend Cozy Living and will be a repeat customer in the future.

He was asked if the unit could be turned in at Benton and he said yes but filled the paper work out to come back to Princeton so it was going to cost me a bundle to turn it in at Parker’s quick lube in Benton. They were very nice and went the extra mile including a long phone call to try to get the extra charge taken off and did get it reduced. I would highly recommend them (Parker quick lube, Benton, Ky)and so thankful for their help.
mike lWe had an antique tractor to transport. Man measured opening of trailer and said it was 65.5 inches. When we got ready to load tractor the opening wasn’t big enough. We measured it and it was 56.5 inches. Unable to use after renting!!

Deborah DThe truck had cigarette ashes all over the dash and the dolly I rented was broken so I couldn’t use it. Also there was suppose to be someone calling me to discuss my complaint and the charges I disputed, but no one called. I still got charged though. This place was ridiculous!

markenney hThe site was great but the trailer had a severely dented floor and grease residue where the previous renter hauled some type of heavy, dirty equipment. Facility personnel did make a good faith effort to clean the floor. The rear roll up door was very rusty and the door would barely roll up and down. Tires appeared to be somewhat dry roulettes and one of them actually failed on the trip. U-Haul service provider (Bulldog Towing-Starkville, MS) did a great job getting us back on the road!
Don PThe uhaul representative was deceitful in his sales strategy. And he unfailingly over charged the customer for 3 extra days of usage when it was not needed. Customer asked for 2 day rental, the representative then tells customer that Uhaul will allow 5 days on this 2 day rental. Did not tell rhe customer the word "allowed" was meant to mean charged for 5 days for asking for 2 day rental. The customer was not reimbursed for the 3 extra days. Deceitful and dishonest is the best way to decribe this experience.

I called and spoke to the person in charge of uhaul and all she said was oh, I didn’t see you ordered it. And then she added, don’t worry, since your order wasn’t prepaid then I won’t be charged for the dolly. I will not recommend this location.

DENNIS TOur original pickup location called us one hour before our scheduled pick up time and told us they did not have a truck. This location was an hour away but did have the equipment we needed. They were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this site to anyone. The original pickup location I would not recommend to anyone!!!
