Poor customer service, I had to wait at the location for owner to arrive and assist me. When I dropped off the u-haul, owner was not there. The owners kids went to look for him and couldn't find him so they told me to just drop the keys in the lock box. The following day I received a phone call asking if I still needed the uhaul for another day, which I told them I already returned it the day before.Sheng X.

I wanted my van earlier. Not only did you change my time back one hour, then the prior renter did not return it until the morning at 10 am. So I did not get van until 10:30 am -1 1/2 hours after my designated pick up time. Then made my entire moving day backed up from the get go.Patricia C.

Although I had signed up for Uhaul 24/7, my truck was not placed under for that so I had to wait until the store opened just to get my truck (almost 2 hours). The man at the store was incredibly friendly, & very apologetic for the mishap (which was not his fault at all). I would recommend Cozy Home Furniture location to anyone moving.SAUL A.

I got a call 2 nights before picking up my truck that it was no longer available at the location originally scheduled weeks ago (across the street from me, very convenient). When I asked why, she rudely said it's subject to availability. So why are you letting me reserve something you don't have? If it's subject to availability and there were no other similar trucks around me that day, I'm shit of out luck? What kind of process is this? She then told me there was a similar truck 15 minutes away, so I said fine. However, the pick up time was for 930AM so I changed it online to 730AM. I called the number that the text message said to call to confirm the reservation, and I was then notified that since I changed the time online it kicked me out of that specific reservation and someone else had gotten my truck. THEN THE WEBSITE SHOULD WARN YOU BEFORE YOU TRY TO CHANGE THE TIME. Again, what kind of STUPID process is this? If you have the truck, why would changing my pickup time to 2 hours earlier FORFEIT THE TRUCK? They then told me the next nearest truck was 30 miles away, and since I was apparently shit out of luck, I had to take it. Luckily, the night before, I called again trying to find a closer truck and another one 15 minutes away popped up again. When picking up the truck, there should be an example picture of where to find the truck number when identifying which one is for that specific customer, it just said top right hand corner so I was looking around the windows, dashboard, etc, before I finally spotted it. The instructions to find the key were entirely unhelpful- the check in instructions said there would be a lockbox with the key inside attached to the trunk lever (also to lock the lever so nobody can just open it and gain access to all your belongings when you're away from the truck), but there was no lock. Anybody could have accessed the inside of the truck. When I clicked that I couldn't find the key attached to the truck, the check in page initially told me to come back at 11AM when U-haul was open so someone could give me the keys. So instead of helping me find the key you told me to come back almost 4 hours later? Why should I schedule my ENTIRE moving day around your inability to give accurate instructions? I expected that a reputable moving company would have a better process. I waited 30 minutes to reach someone on the phone who then told me the keys were at a storefront lockbox, which again, should have been included with the instructions so I'm not wasting my time. I then had to go and buy my own lock because unlike the pictures showed, there was no lock with the truck. I also had reserved and paid in advance for furniture pads, which were not with the truck. What an absolute horrendous and stressful system on top of an already stressful life event.Aaron W.

Sales person was late and the person covering had no idea what to do which caused over an hour of delay with pickup even though reservation was completed online. Truck condition was not as expected (dirty) especially with Covid going on. I don't believe there was any Covid measures taken to keep this car safe for me or the next customer.Chai H.

It's a okay ,location for myself I live across town and most miles was for the distance picking it up then dropping it off that alone was 25 miles . The one I normally go to was closed . The trucks was parked across the parking lot all I got was a point witch one it was and key drop off was next to door. But other then that it was okay . Was afraid to drop off at night man sitting by location and had to get out to drop off in box . Owner was nice .VICTORIA G.
Went to pick up uhaul at 9 am - our reservation time. It took a hour of us messing with the lock to figure out that they gave us the wrong pass code. The code was not pink it was DINK then after all that the key wasn't in the box. I had to call uhaul only to be told that the store didn't open until 11...which is WHY we signed up for the mobile pick up.. but they would call the owner. Luckily around 10:40 an employee showed up early for his shift and went and got us the key and said they had forgot to put out key for us .. the uhaul had graffiti all over the side of it , dirt all over the cab and inside uhaul back so we swept it before we even got started. My husband is a mechanic and said it needs a serious tune up. It set us back 2 hours on our move so our help was just sitting in the cold waiting for us while we tried to get a key that wasn't even left out for us and then I got charged $109 for a 10 foot truck. I was very pleased with the process of picking up and returning the u-haul. Just a couple of things that bothered me. One was that the person who did the paperwork at pick up and at return (same person) was not wearing a face mask. I was absolutely shocked about this. It was a disrespect to the clients and their good health. Secondly the vehicle had some damage such as scratches and graffiti on it. Luckily I only rented the vehicle for 1 day, so I wasn't too embarrassed driving it.mary J.

I had been a fan of uhaul until this last time I rented a 10' truck and ended up being and hour late due to traffic . any how I dropped the truck off and went on my way. I then rented another 10' truck and went through the whole process and paid $160 and won't to the location to pick it up when the location wouldn't let me pick up the truck stating I owed $120 and couldn't get the trick until I paid that balance. In all I ended up getting fired from my place of employment due to the fact that I couldn't get my job done nor get the company's money back because the refund didn't go right back to my card. They say its been refundedbut here it is a week later with no money refunded and all for being a hour late fn bullshitJames G.
