The drive way is dangerously rutted. I'm glad I was picking up a box truck and not a trailer. My van is low and I would've never been able to get a trailer out of that driveway.

our first rental experience with uhaul 'Was Not' a pleasant experience overall. we spent 2 1/2 hrs. of our time trying to eliminate confusion and understand mis communications betwwen locations. we statred out at a gas/ food mart with a indian women barely able to understand english, with wrong invoice infor. that we could not straighten out. switched to a storage unit location without knowing it, with a woman that presented a good cust. service facade, but underneath, should not represent a business up front. we were then shifted by this woman intentionally,to the last location where the man was the most capable, professional, and relational. but the 1/2 mile driveway was a navigational nightmare of at least 6 moon craters up to 12" deep to negotiate. the appearance of the place would drive a junk yard dog away. it is a far cry from looking cozy, as a 1st time customer I am not pleased at all with my experience with uhaul other than the vehicle itself. we also were told and invoiced at $.79/ mi, than was switched to $1.29/ mi., because uhaul wants to play BS word games attaching friday to the weekend, when it is a week day, and always has been, further nullifying a previous agreement. in my opinion uhaul is 'NOT' paying attention at all to who, and what it hands its franchises out to. it has cost my wife and I too much of our own time and energy, for what should have been a simple transaction, for a critical part of our move. we should be the ones being paid for the unacceptable grief and aggravation caused us. I do not want your sorries, or credits/ coupons for future use, as I doubt I will ever use them. if, you want to do anything, an appropriate refund is acceptable. linda l. had a business

To start, I had to call to make my reservation since I needed the truck for more than 24 hours. Because of this and the fact that I do not have a common name, whoever completed my reservation spelled my name wrong. This caused me to have to wait 2 hours to try to get someone on the phone to link the reservation to my account so I could do an after hours pickup. Along with this, the person made mistakes with my pick up and drop off times. This caused me to have to call back to change the hours a couple of times. While picking up my truck, It was not until the 4th call I made that I was adequately helped.

The road to get to the facility should not be considered a road. It had more craters than the moon. I'm not talking pot holes I'm talking massive craters.

Be careful. The "road" leading to this place is in need of serious repair. Some very deep & wide potholes. Easy folks to work with. I only needed a trailer for a couple of hours...Easy Breezy & inexpensive too

I brought the truck back with 3/4 of a tank. I got it with 3/8 of a tank. I literally gave your company $50 plus extra dollars in gas. You charged me $12.50 for a $2.50 toll and I paid it. I will never use uhaul again. The location is fine. Your company are crooks.

Truck was generally clean, but smelled of smoke. For non-smokers this is unacceptable. Fairly long dirt entry road riddled with pot holes. On phone call prior to pick up, manager said if I had any issues he lived on the property, just call. The phone rang to an office land line. He was nowhere to be found. I had to go to another U-haul site for a mattress bag.

Really sucks that there is no emergency way to get a hold of the site. I accidentally dropped my car key in the return box and still have not even gotten a cal from the site in regards to getting them back so I can have my car back. Also. Really sucked that I had to drive 30 miles extra out of my way to pick up a vehicle for my move vs weren't reserved site was. Sure there was a guarantee credit but that hardly covers the extra cost/time spent picking up and return and thenhaveing to sit In hold for almost an hour to be told there was nothing then could do to help. Then add the $35 Lyft ride home - I would never recommend u-hula again with al of these issues!!!
