The truck was disgusting.. smelt so bad, had to keep windows open and then it was sucking all the heat and fumes from the engine into the cab, totally unacceptable especially for a 18hr drive!!Michael F.

The location & vehicle was fine. It's a service station not a full U haul outlet, but they did everything they needed to do and I had no issues. The only difficulty i Had with the whole experience was the online app. When trying to close out my rental, it consistently crashed and phone support was useless. However the location closed the rental for me and emailed a receipt within an hour.William D.

Service was great..only thing is I wish they would have said the truck had to be wet washed upon return. I returned the truck uper early and swept it out and it looked clean..but they said there was white dust and charged 50 bucks to run a hose. He said it was in the fine details..but they should have verbally said it.Jennifer E.

We have picked up a U Haul here before and this location was close to where we were moving, so we decided to drop off the truck here. It was great. The worker there helped us with issues we were having with filling up the tank and took care of the drop off process for me so I didn't have to do it on the app. I would go out of my way to get a truck from this location for sure.Casey M.
The vehicle was not serviced or checked prior to rental. The trailer plug was not functioning and held-up Newport Uhaul staff as well as myself while correcting the problem. The cab was filthy.Brent H.

The trailer had a pad lock on the door that I did not notice until I got it back to my home. When I called the pick up location and reported this there was no solution offered. i had to cut the pad lock off myself which wasted valuable time. Next time please check the equipment before letting it leave the facility.THOMAS D.

I felt pressured by Mike I was told to rent the truck for a few hours because it was reserved for another person .. I washed the truck returned it clean picked it up very dirtyVICTOR C.
I requested two moving dollies and 12 moving blankets. They only had one dolly and no blankets. It made the move much more challenging.Jason M.

The local West Warwick dealer was great! What was not so great, was,my original pick up at 8 am at another location, which I was not able to do after 5 attempts and waiting over 30 minutes on hold to uhaul and then being told that they could not help me and to transfer to " customer service" where I would have been on hold for another 30-40 minutes. At this point I found the West warwick location that was open. I will Never, Ever use the app again to make a reservation/pick up.Thomas S.

There's a gas station at this location, which made fill up easy. The guy came right out to the truck and picked it up from the pump, which unexpectedly saved me time! He was also full of positive energy. Nice way to end my moving experience!Aaron C.
