Truck need to be service engine light is on;
Jacqueline S.It took a month to get the receipt. After I received a call saying that I had not turn it in. Most companies give you 24 hours. I was given less than that. I think I was over charged.

Ann B.Store was 30 minutes late opening. The manager did not know where truck keys were located. He did not know how to check me in. Registered and paid online, received confirmation of completion to get the truck at 12:00pm. I drove off the lot at 1:30!! Unacceptable.

Donald C.The first thing was the agent was super rude. Then when I said I already provided all the info on the website, he became aggressive. Then when we my friend (the driver) started the uhal, it was showing Tire monitor service system on the dashboard. Once I called him, he said call to the customer service, by then it was already noon with all these hassles. Then we took that to check the tire pressure and it seems okay. When we dropped at 3.30pm, the guy was there and when I asked when I will get the notification that i dropped off he said I will email you and still didnt receive any.
Neva A.The employees that were supposed to help me get the key did not know what he was doing. It took an hour to get the key. The truck had a tire sensor issue also.
