LAWRENCE CHi, this has nothing to do woth the facility I used, Cassidy was fantastic! For uhaul overall, I tried to use my MASTERCARD that is attached to my bank and it's says unable to use a prepaid account. Get it together.

LAWRENCE CI was able to call in and reserve a truck rental 15 minutes before I picked it up. I was greeted and treated very well by a staff member. I utilized the truck for 2 hours and returned it with no problems. I will go back again if needed.

The truck wasn't parked where the photo showed...never got my code to get the keys...had to call and wait on hold for 40 minutes to speak to someone and get the code. The additional rental equipment I paid for and reserved were not present. All in all, I will NOT do a remote rental again.

LAWRENCE CThe truck reaked of cigarette/tobacco smoke. Not like one customer smoked a cigarette in it but the kind of smell you get when someone smokes in a car a lot, over a prolonged period of time. We had to drive around in the HEAT with windows down and no AC because that was the only way to make it tolerable. Even so, I got a headache and started coughing because of the 3rdhand tobacco. It was ridiculous, that we were told to clean up the truck before returning it, and were given a truck that smelled so bad. Clearly no one bothered to clean up *before* we rented the truck. Had there been another pickup, we would have asked for a different vehicle. Hotel rooms and rental car companies charge users for smoking in the room or car. Maybe uhaul should consider it. The woman who managed the facility was nice, very helpful. Carolyn PThe cargo hold seemed to be clean at a glance during my quick inspection. However, I discovered the cargo hold smelt like a dumpster when I began working inside. The previous renter must have hauled trash. This rental office is great and I have rented there a few times before. They may missed the smell as I did when only doing a superficial glance. I think this is a rare event.

michael sI used this vehicle for nine miles...the odometer said the vehicle was getting 18.9 miles to the gallon I was charged a fuel fee of 7.88 dollars! I put in close to half a gallon of fuel from my gas can. That is absolute horseshit!!! I gotta use this place one more time but after that never again and I will let everyone I know not to use it!!!!! U-Haul can suck it!!!
