The only problem i had was with the truck itself. It was NOT properly maintained from the previous renter. As a female traveling the distance i was travelling and alone this vehicles was not safe, the windshield wipers kept coming off while it was down pouring And Snowing. The oil indicator said there was 0% oil. And the 2 times i called roadside assistance, the one lady about the oil said, "it'll be fine" the guy about the wipers said "you can buy some & install them, we will reimburse you"....ummm not my job.

This is not against Coussons but it was supposed to be a one way to Waynesboro, TN and I ended up getting a text wanting me to drop off in Lawrenceburg, TN. That was 30 miles out of my way. So I called the after hours number and the lady on the phone told me I couldn’t choose where I dropped off and ended up looking and saying that the Waynesboro location didn’t accept 26ft trucks however I drove by a location with 26ft trucks on the lot. So I had to drive 30 miles out of my way and pay the extra mileage!!!!

It took an hour or more to rent a dolly. There were several calls made by the employee to achieve my rental. Definitely needs more training so they can do it alone and faster.

some of your locations are not dependable I lined up a truck 2 weeks in advance and just happened to call the day before-they rented the truck to someone else on fri and informed me I could pick up a truck @ 10:30 instead of 8:30 I cancelled and called L&L John took care of everything.I have another truck lined up 2 weeks from now.L drove 30 miles further to get truck from John

Didn’t even have my registration ready. GOT WAY OVER CHARGED and the women had no idea what she was doing. Plugged in my numbers wrong and I will definitely be calling about this amount. Completely ridiculous.

We arrived on time for our “guaranteed” pick-up at 8am. The employee of this gas station was not employed by U-haul and did not have access for the system to rent us our truck. She informed us that no one would be able to give us the truck until 10am. She did her best, on the phone with trafficking, and finally was about to release the truck an hour late. We were behind on our moving schedule for the entire rest of the day. We had paid help to assist with our move and they were waiting at our house at 8:30 without us. We had to pay them for that time regardless of our inconvenience. A moving day is stressful enough without this appalling experience. Since this has never happened to me with Penske, I will never recommend U-haul to anyone and I will tell my friends and family about this unprofessional and unprepared experience. Our vehicle wasn’t checked for damage and we were given no instructions on the truck. This was such a disappointment.

Rented for 26 hours and was charged for 72 hours, also charged me 72 hours of insurance.This dealership blamed this on U HAUL and gave me their number i called U HAL and was given a run around with NOTHING SOLVED. This is THEFT, DO NOT give these people your CC number they will charge whatever they want, I intend on pursuing this matter with the proper authorities.

I waited almost an hour past my pick up time before I was able to get my truck. I had hired help waiting, which cost me money. The truck was horrible. Worst service.

Staff was limited and the process to check out took a little longer than anticipated. They were very helpful though.

The hours for the uhaul service needs to be made aware to customers

When I arrived at the location to pick up the truck they said U-Haul closed at 1 PM so I had to come back the second day and I went to another location on whatever now and your people I did not have the U-Haul delivered to the man so I had to turn around and go to the other location back on highway 22 wind up renting the U-Haul at 1 o'clock in the afternoon the day after I was supposed to pick it up. I am very upset with this experience. So I would not recommend uhaul again for anyone. I paid the 54 dollars for the rental but after all the hassle it should have been free.

The representatives were friendly and helpful but the computer system is outdated and slow. This location needs a new & updated system. A customer should not have to wait this long to get processed. The customers before me had the same issue.

It took me an hour to get my reserved truck and an hour to turn the truck back in, I was over charged and I filed. Complaint, then I was over charged and felt with rude people on phone and in store i will not use uhaul agian

Facility had lost my reservation - they also had my phone number listed under another account - they tried to charge me more than the contract I had - they had the wrong truck (15' instead of 10' I had ordered), which cost me more in fuel costs - and could not find my drop off location on the map, even though it was clearly stated on my contract. In other words, a disaster of an adventure with this facility. I would be more encouraged to try Budget, Penske, Hertz or others in the future, due to my experience here.

Replace the agent. She was 1 1/4 hour late (did not get there until 9:15) and had to be called at home to get there then. She did not check my truck to see if it met your towing standards, and when I asked her about that she said she didn't care as long as she was paid. She would not help to hook-up trailer or check to see if all lights worked. I had to enlist a friendly gasoline customer help me. Dump her quickly!!!

Post hours for the time that the Uhaul employee will be at the location. We weren't told that they wouldn't be there until 12pm. Fortunately they happened to be there early.

The original pick-up point I was sent to was not even equipped yet. Waited 2 hours and made several calls to u-haul corporate to find a vehicle. Was directed to Coussins to pick up a much larger truck than I had requested (although at the same rate quoted for the smaller truck). Only problem with Coussins was that it was 20 miles away from the original point of pick up. They actually had a smaller truck that was only one size larger than I had requested.

Not only did I not get the truck I NEEDED but I didn't find out I wasn't going to get it till 1 hour before I was to pick it up! Y'all ruined what was supposed to be the happiest day of my family's life, which was moving into the home we bought. I will NEVER recommend the Uhaul company to ANYONE. I will be writing reviews on how terrible this company treats its customers on every platform I can find. On top of everything else the manager in our area (Florence Alabama) didn't even call me back after message left. Coussons hardware and convenience has excellent employees, they were kind and so very helpful in this situation. We will NOT EVER be using Uhaul for our truck rental needs again.

Make sure that the locations listed are open when they say they are. I appreciate how U Haul made things right on finding anew pick up point and reimbursing my account for the overcharge.

Fuel light was in in truck. 5 miles down the road had to call roadside assistance. Motor is missing and will not shift into high gear. Called roadside assistance and 1 hour and counting later still waiting for a call back on the truck

The credit card I used was charged $99.14 twice the same day. I called the store to see why, and they told me they showed it only charged once and offered no help or explanation. I called my bank and they informed me the the charges would be removed in 7 days. Why was my card charged twice an what is uhaul going to to about the overdraft charges that I incurred in this time frame?

had to go to 3 locations and 2 phone calls before getting to truck. Address on email was wrong to wrong dealer. The location mane on email was not manned. Second call directed me to a location 20 miles away.

We have used other drop off points in Florence and will use this one again if situation presents. Ended up here because first place we went (quick tune), door was open but no personnel to be found anywhere nor answering phone.

Maybe a little help hooking up for first time users of this type of equipment. Basically I just signed the paperwork and was on my own to hook up and load & secure my vehicle on the auto hauler.

I was told I could pick up at 8:30. When I arrived I was told 9:00. The only person who could do uhaul didn't show up to work until 9:45 which put me over an hour behind schedule.

It took me an hour to get to this location, there are closer u hauls near me but they didn't have the equipment I needed. It would be nice if u haul accommodated customers better in rural areas.

The renting process!! The computer booted her off twice/three times took over 45 minutes to rent it!! She called the head office i had to give all my information over the phone to rent it !! this is way to long to rent somthing need to get that fixed!!!

First of all when I make a reservation to pick up a Uhaul in Green Bay a week in advance WITH a corporate account, I should not have to drive 23 miles out of my way to pick one up. Then it to them 45 minutes to process my rental when I was the only one at the store. They couldnt print my rental contract for some reason and said they would email it to me and didn't until after i returned the Uhaul, so that made returning it a pain. I will never rent another Uhaul from there again!!!
