The online ordering was a joke. It took 45 minutes to get a code for a total wait time of an hour. Then when I went to tide the truck to move the damn appliance dolly wasn't in it. I had to go to another location and get one of those which resulting in me having to drop off equipment at 2 different places. I hope I don't have to use you all anytime in the near future.
I was having difficulties with the app when picking up my truck that would have caused some delay but thankfully the customer service rep inside the store was still available to help me even at closing time. He was very friendly and helpful with my rental and made the pickup much easier so 5 stars for him.

Very professional, very clean and friendly.
It wasn't the locations fault. But the business owner wasn't aware of our appliance dolly rental. The uhaul website is not user friendly at all. Need some updating.
