N as I endure the truck is where it is supposed to be. This has nothing to do with this Uhaul dealer but rather the company of Uhaul not following through. This location was an hour each way so two hours out of our way.

The address that was provided for the truck drop-off was not open and there was no drop box for the key. We spent about half an hour trying to find help before just locking the keys in the truck. When I called uhaul to explain what we did, the person transferred me to the store where we picked up even though that is not at all what I needed. She obviously wasn't paying attention to what I was explaining. I called again and that person finally just notated it in our account.

Have used this location several times with reservations made via the website. More than once they've been late to give the equipment. Once they didn't even show up (said they had communicated to uHaul that they were sick .... so gave them the benefit of the doubt.). This las time, not only was my reserved equipment not available, the replacement was filthy - covered with paw prints with food packaging in the footwells and stinking of urine. I had to drive the whole time with the windows open. To top it all off uHaul then proceeded to charge me a cleaning fine when I returned it because I filled out the form detailing the mess! Avoid like the plague.

Make the key drop of easier to find after dark. Also don't charge for miles that we were supposed to get credit. There was more than 1/4 left in truck

Rental was not at the preferred location and UHAUL never contacted me to advise of the new location, not by text or phone or email. Scheduled pick up was 9:30 at preferred location, got to the actual location and their posted opening hour of 9:00 am was not correct. Had to call two different numbers to find out they didn't open until 10:00 am. So we were late beginning our move, and the man who ran Countryside Innovations was unfriendly and uncooperative. Very disappointing service from both UHAUL and Countryside Innovations.

I booked my reservation to pick up the truck on Monday, 9/06 at 9:00 am. I arrived 10 minutes early. No one was there. I called the office no answer and LVM. No returned call. I kept calling for over two hours because I was on a deadline and had things coordinated, I finally got some man on the phone. My helpers were delayed, I was delayed, and I wasn't able to accomplish what I needed to making me have to rent the truck for two days costing me more money. The guy at this location had zero customer service and didn't give a shit that I was delayed. He said “whatever excuse you have it doesn't matter”. I'm an executive for my company and I work in the services industry. If this man worked for me he would've been terminated on the spot for how he treated me and my concern. Glad you got my $350.00! I will ensure all my friends and family do not use your services pal!

advertised as office hours open at 9am, however the day I arrived for pickup they didn't show up until after 9:30. Although I was able to access the key via drop box, I had to wait for someone to arrive to get the dolly/blankets. This was an extra delay, after having my pickup point moved from Boone to Wilkesboro, which caused me additional delay.

They were fine, Cody was very helpful. Problem is that my reservation was for another shop-Meineke- that didn't have the truck prepped for mobile pickup (quoting the UPS rep) so we wasted a hour and shake and had to go elsewhere. Then my reservation was completely changed and now I'm fighting to get back an extra 140 charger to me. It's very telling to me that this review only allows me to rate the contracted facilities, not Uhauls service.
