One person on the site checking out who wasn’t trained for the rental. She had to call out to ask what to do then was redirected to someone else from uhaul to get instructions. She did a good job but she just wasn’t trained.

Rhonda SLocation wasn't in Nashville, Ill. as we were told. It was another 13 miles away. Eats into the mileage and trying to get the fuel replenishment correct. Fortunately, I was generous at the pump when I refueled before downloading goods.

Brian RProvided no help to hook up trailer. Slow process to get the trailer to me. Cashier was on phone with someone relaying all of my information. Cashier had no record of me needing blankets or a dolly, fortunately they were there. Location was not convenient for me, I had requested New Baden.
