We were disappointed that we ordered a furniture dolly and pads and neither were in the vehicle when we went to pick it up. We were told that they didn't open until 10 ( which someone was there) and that we could go back and get those things-we were in the middle of moving, it wasn't convenient to go back and get those items. They should have been there and available for us. Also, the check in took about 1/2 hour, which was way longer than we had expected.

Have someone there who knows how to write up a rental! It took us 45 minutes to get it written up and give us a vehicle!!! His estimate for a 19.99 truck rental was $73.00 but he said it was only an estimate.

This location was way out of our way and not where we had originally made our reservation. This has happened to us before and it is very frustrating. If I have made a reservation in advance I expect it to be fulfilled without having to putting me (the customer) out. We also paid for moving blankets, but did not receive any.

I was charged for having gone over the allotted miles due to having to drive an additional 30 miles to return the truck. Customer service only gave me this location as an option. I was also charged again for having the truck out for 3 days. Overall I had a horrible experience.

The truck was very dirty in the cab. There was cigarette ashes everywhere and the cab also smelled of cigarettes and rats

Had to replace a windshield wiper blade and I just checked our checking account and for some reason we were overcharged by $ 10.78 I contacted the store and they gave me a cell phone number for someone that handles the Uhaul reservations. I called the number and left a voicemail message but haven't heard anything back yet.
