The hooks on the safety chains did not fit properly on my vehicle which prompted the uhaul rep to use a hammer. There was accident contact with my bumper which left scuff marks/damage to the paint. An alternative solution to connect chains to vehicles should be investigated so future damages do not occur.

We waited for an hour to get the truck. The man there is also a mechanic, had a customer waiting just as long as we were as he could not figure out how to do the paperwork for our U-Haul truck. Also, there were no blankets provided and he did not give us a dolly. . We carried everything up and down the ramp. Very poor service. Looks like we were his first customer.

This location is a repair shop that looks like it was abandoned decades ago. Even though I booked online and did the pre check-in, I was there for 45 mins while the only person working there struggled with the tiny laptop and rediculously slow internet. I was the only customer there the entire time. The facility was dark, dirty and smelled strongly of oil and automotive fluids. After standing in the tiny dark office for so long, my clothes actually smelled too. I would not recommend anyone go to this broken down old garage on a dead end street in East London. Unfortunately this was the only location within an hour's drive that had the trailer I needed.

Both pick up and drop off locations were excellent to deal with. However U-haul office and management gave me the impression that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. You had sent me a conformation number and location for pick up and when I called them the day before to confirm, they had no idea what I was talking about. I will certainly search other options instead of u haul in the future. Another family member also had a bad experience with U haul.

It's in the back of a garage that is dirty and messy. He tried hard but was very slow because: The printer wouldn't work at first. The UHaul system wouldn't accept my postal code. He finally called somebody.

I reserved near my home and they switched it to the other end of the city. There are 13 uHauls in London, 5x8 enclosed trailer are pretty common. I don’t understand why. It took an hour to complete the intake registration. Problem with the connection or program. I called uhaul to get it completed online. Dropping off the trailer to: 25 Edgewater St, Kanata, ON K2L 1V7 and this location is no longer a uhaul dealer yet the phone worked for another dealer when I called to make sure they were open. Uhaul website is not up to date.
