Bilynda NMake sure you check your receipt because a utility dolly was added to my truck when the lady at the desk specifically said they didn't have any. If you have to call customer support then expect an hour and a half wait to speak with someone who has no clue what they are doing.
Christopher AI've never been to a location where the employee does not help you remove the trailer and put it in the right location, pulling it by myself through mud and grass.

Tara WWhile the young woman was polite and professional, she had absolutely no training on taking in a U-Haul trailer or anything to do with U-Haul. She had to have her manager do the actual computer work and he/she was off-site so I felt the need to take pictures to prove I had turned in the trailer since the young checker never even saw it.
