Pleasant, efficient experience. When I was unable to get the adjustable trailer hitch loose, the friendly young man at the desk came out and loosened it for me. Pleasant interaction. Good customer service.

I tried to pick up with the online function. After 4 attempts (and a solid 15 minutes), I still couldn't get the pick up taken care of so I had to go inside. Once I got inside, I found out that I would have had to go in anyway to get the key, so I don't understand the point of the online check in. This is no reflection on the service of the people at the store.

Reserved a 20' truck for Cary, NC location pickup, yet uHaul Corp scheduling gave us a truck located 92 miles from our home instead. Didn't even call us, we had to call them. Resulted in 4 hour delay, wasted $30 in extra gas, and 4 hour delay resulted in missing movers on front end and back end of move. Ruined entire experience. Would never use uHaul again. Go with Enterprise truck rental instead.

I think it would be helpful to have some type of locking system or one time code lock on the back of the truck. We left our blankets and handtrucks inside the truck as instructed and we were very nervous about leaving expensive rented equipment in an unmanned parking lot. On the up side - this lot was great to drop off - it had tons of space to drive a 26' truck.

Had problem getting in the locked box. First time accessing the lock. Took approximately 15 minutes to get it open. Might want to have specigic instructions on line how to access the lock.
