These people did nothing except accept the keys to the truck. They did not report to uhaul that we turned the truck in. UHaul called us looking for their truck.

The Lady at counter told me they no longer took U-Haul rentals. They had a trailer and another truck there. They are not professional.

My first unit was double booked, Customer service sent me to East Carrolton (with out calling the branch) I was told there was a unit there. It was not the Manager Dallas Hesters, found me a unit and I was able to get it. It was at gas station location. The manager was not there and the person handling the situation was incompetent and let me have the unit with out doing the documents correctly. I want back to see Dallas Hesters. She helped me correct all of the issues and everything went well after the two initial issues. I hope she gets recognition for excellence. She restored my faith in you company. Thanks, Please understand that with out Dallas help my rental would never had been successful.

There was no one at the facility to process the pickup. The process required me to take pictures and text them to the manager. When I returned the equipment 6 hours later again there was no one at the facility to process the return. Therefore, I took pictures of the trailer when I returned it and texted them to the number that I had used earlier. This time the person did not acknowledge the return and U-Haul called a couple days later to find out when I planned to return the trailer. Understanding that U-Haul valued the trailer at $8000, I was now very concerned. Fortunately, I received the receipt for the trailer a couple more days later. I'm very happy that I was not held liable for a trailer that I returned early and in the condition that I received. In the future I will be very wary of the process and avoid Country Crossing.
