the cell phone check in doesnt work very well if the cell service in the area isnt so great. need to have trained staff at each location just for that reason alone. took 45 minutes and numerous phone calls to pick up truck

The location and the woman who worked there were great, no problems. The problem came in with Uhaul as a company. I was contacted late the day prior to my move stating that my selected location no longer had the uhaul I reserved, and they would have to move me to a different location. The new location added over 30 miles to my trip, costing me abiut $50 extra in fees. The location I was switched to also did not have all of the equipment I requested, specifically missing an appliance dolly that I had to go out and purchase myself. Overall, the experience with uhaul itself was very poor, despite this specific location doing everything they could.

Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs overall. However, the moving blankets I had ordered online were not available and we had to roll the dolly to the moving truck and put it in ourselves upon pick-up. Next time, I might go to a different pick-up / drop-off location so that I'm sure to get the items we need.

Drop off location was not aware of return. Did not show up in system.She showed another Drop off location even further away but was very helpful to resolve the very frustrating experience.The closest Drop off to me would have cost me double to use. Why? NOT a return customer.

I would never use U-Haul ever again! It's a disorganized mess, my pickup at Country Corner store was great, U-Haul not, never again

I was over charged for everything. For the weekend rental I was charged $389. Plus $81. Gas fee I only traveled 44 miles total. I was charged $28. For insurance per day n I was not told I could choose a different amount for insurance witch it was $14. Over all not a good place to rent one

I could not get a hold of customer service for 2 days. I dropped truck off at another location which I told Michael Cook when I spoke to him on the phone when picking up. No contract was given to me because computer was down. Then I get a threatening meassge saying they had been trying to reach me for 2 days and charging my card for about $300 more because when I dropped it off it was never logged in. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOU AGAIN

The woman who helped us was amazing. However, this was the third location we had to travel to for drop off, wasting over an hour of time and costing us fuel . We needed help with unhooking/parking the trailer and the woman working was the only person available to help. We had a 26' truck and attached tow dolly that were difficult to manage in the space available. I feel that UHaul should know the limitations of their sites in order to better direct people to a return spot that works for them.
