Customer service was awful people were rude field manager did not return our call. The store representative was annoyed that we took pictures before we left. She was also annoyed that we asked her to take it off of our truck. The location didn’t have any equipment (hitch, blankets) available.

I reserved this trailer for pickup at Tailer Mini Storage but had to drive all the way to Snowflake to get it. I should have been told this may happen when I reserved the trailer!

At the Scottsdale location no signage letting you know where the office is located . It is back off the main road in an alley. All you had was the name of a storage facility.

Staff was not trained. They put the time and date on my original receipt but did not log in that the trailer was returned. I called U-haul's customer line to have the trailer checked in. There was not a review of the trailers condition.

I reserved the truck a week in advance and I still had to drive to another town 30 min away to pick it up. The lady working behind the counter at the pick location did not know what she was doing. What should of taken 20 minutes max, took an hour and a half! I will thinks twice before using Uhaul again.

The only person to check out trailers was also the only gas station store clerk on duty. Her customers were the first priority. It took her "23 minutes" to do the check out on the tablet. But that was after we went through the whole process on her phone and it wouldn't save. All the while serving customers and her messing up their transactions so she had to take more time to correct them. It was frustrating and added stress an already stressful moving day.

I WAS OVER CHARGED!!!! THE LADY AT COUNTRY CLUB FUELS (SNOWFLAKE AZ) RIPPED ME OFF... SHE CHARGED ME FOR AN EXTRA DAY( $47.93) RENTAL DATE 6/18/2019 @ 9:30 AM)... I RETURNED THE TRUCK AT 1:00 A.M. (6/19/2019) SO I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE IT FOR 24 HRS!!! SO I PAID $167.13 FOR THE 27' TRUCK THAT HAD 1/4 TANK OF GAS (WHEN RETURNED HAD 3/4 OF A TANK) THE BREAKS HARDLY WORKED.. THE TRUCK SMELT LIKE SMOKE... COULDN'T SEE OUT THE WINDSHIELD BECAUSE IT WAS SO DIRTY (THANK GOD I HAD A BOTTLE OF WATER WITH ME TO CLEAN THE DRIVERS SIDE)... ALL THIS AFTER I WALKED THROUGH DOWN HILL THROUGH A DESERT FIELD TO PICK UP THE TRUCK... THERE WAS NO CHECK LIST DONE (THE LADY TOLD ME SHE DIDN'T GET PAID ENOUGH)... THEN... I CALLED U HAUL ABOUT THE EXTRA CHARGE (6/20/2019) AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET A REFUND OF THE EXTRA DAY CHARGE... NOPE NOTHING... SO I CALLED AGAIN AND TALKED TO SOMEONE AND WAS TOLD THAT THE AREA MANAGER WILL CONTACT ME... (WE WILL SEE IF THAT HAPPENS) I THINK FOR ALL THE BS THAT I HAVE HAD TO PUT UP WITH THAT THIS COMPANY SHOULD REFUND ALL MY MONEY... I WILL NEVER USE U HAUL AGAIN THEY RIP YOU OFF AND HAVE CRAPPY EQUIPMENT!!!

The Guy that helped me was great..... However, he was unable to provide me with paperwork.... And I never received an email with the contract. The trail was filthy mud all over it and wasn't in the best condition for a 700 mile trip!!!

Attendent was having trouble with checking the truck out to me. He said the web site was not cooperating. it took over 45 minutes to release the truck to me.
