The issue was U-Haul itself, which never confirmed or sent him my rental information, and then sent the truck I reserved to Florida, so that I had to downgrade in size when I showed up the morning of my reservation and the truck wasn't there. U-Haul then tried to call me an hour and a half after my pickup time to tell me I was picking up at ANOTHER LOCATION. Awful, awful customer service from U-Haul. I will go with Budget whenever possible after this.
