Though we were quoted only about $10 for the rental of protective blankets, we were charged $21.33.

Thomas KThe windshield wipers broke when I turned them on to clear the window for the drive. I had to wait 3 hours to leave so roadside assistance could replace blades. The truck should not have been available for rent in that condition.

mack jwhomever rented us our truck was incredibly rude and disappointing. moving is stressful enough and his cussing us out did not help. he claimed we left the van “a fucking mess” but we took note to clean the van and he did not picture this “mess” in our breakdown. we were quoted 50$ exactly and ended up requesting another hour to which he said was fine and there was not a fuss about adding this hour. which we would of thought put us at about 80-100$ but we were charged over 100 and when called to ask why he said to call him back later. incredibly rude and did not make moving easier in the slightest. we called a separate location and explained what happened asking if we should do anything. they were helpful and kind and gave helpful suggestions but we still haven’t gotten a genuine explanation as to why this guy was so rotten or our money breakdown.

TIMOTHYJOSEPH QWe got there and the person in charge wasn't there. We called them and they said to go on the app. The app/website was unhelpful. WE HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO . We called THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE and just kept getting transferred. They told us the site wasn't set up for contact less pick up. They told us it was because we needed the location services. Or that we needed the guy there WHO WAS NOT AT THE SITE. Then they told us they have to call the guy that wasn't there. Then finally one last person got us help. It took over an HOUR to pick up the truck because no one could help and they kept transferring us. ThenWe get in the truck and the key wasn't turning. Took over 10 minutes to start the truck. Never again.
Leigh PShould I complain that the associate was smoking on my face first or that he was so rude that I almost didn't rent the vans if wasn't that I desperately needed them? The only good part was to return the vans contactless so I didn't have to interact with him again. Very bad service.

Also we delivered the truck with the same amount of gas as we rented it and they charged us another $26.66 I'm very bother by this situation n won't recommend the facilities to anyone else . VERY DISAPPOINTED .
elba sThe owner was an older man who plainly told me after I asked if the truck has been in an accident: It's a shitty truck I know, and you can cancel the contract, I don't care"...I thought to myself "hmm..this guy is super honest"! I said: Thank you, I will still take it".. Maybe you need to get a different location in the city of Newton...or a different owner! and please fix your trucks before leasing!

ELVIS DThe registration process was hideous. Ridiculous info was needed, pic of my photo ID, and an immediate selfie, I had to sign onto the site at least 6 times with the CS rep walking me through, while there ended up being a problem at your end. The drop-off scenario was just as ridiculous. Take a pic of front of truck, back of truck, inside of truck, and a picture of the place it was dropped off at. I should have gotten a discount just for all my aggravation!!!!!!

Tracy BThe location and the location owner were fine. The issue was U-Haul itself, which never confirmed or sent him my rental information, and then sent the truck I reserved to Florida, so that I had to downgrade in size when I showed up the morning of my reservation and the truck wasn't there. U-Haul then tried to call me an hour and a half after my pickup time to tell me I was picking up at ANOTHER LOCATION. Awful, awful customer service from U-Haul. I will go with Budget whenever possible after this.

Andrew MArt who rented the truck was great. We ran into a prot with our move out date and Art was very accommodating in helping us rent a truck for another day.
CYNTHIA MArt from country automotive was very nice however Uhaul charged me $40 more than it was supposed to be?? I would recommend this but with a caution
Nancy SRude & charged me for gas after I filled it back up. Said he would call back and never did. Would not come back here ever.
