DAVID HFirst of all the uhaul app was terrible. Would not accept my picture to pick up the uhaul so I had to go inside. Upon returning the u haul the app would not accept my return location which was where I picked it up. It was after hours so not much I could do. Also I put in to rent a dolly but when I got there they didn't have any and I ended up with an appliance dolly which we made it work

charlie dMake sure the truck is completely clean. There was trash in the truck. Looked like half a dog was on the floor (dog fur everywhere) there was pop or something spilled on the middle seat. Also the windshield was cracked almost half way across. Very dangerous

TRACY JI ws origionally scheduled to return the vehicle to Abee Distributors in Morristown TN. I arrived and was advised that he did not have room for the truck and I would have to drive it to The Vintage Market. This resulted in extra miles and a $2.07 charge for the extra miles. I don't believe that this should have not have been charged!!

Trinity BThis location was an hour from where my original reservation was made. I had to drive here because the equipment that I reserved was not available. Upon arriving the vehicle needed a new antenae to be installed. The vehicle ran rough which surprised me given the low mileage. This was the only vehicle available so I had to drive an hour out of my way to get it and another hour back. I lost two hours because the equipment that I reserved was not available.
