I scheduled an 8:00 pick up, location didn't open till 9:00. Unit was parked beside storage unit covered in snow. Hadn't been started or cleaned off. There was also a car trailer attached to the truck. I moved the truck to a flat spot and disconnected the trailer. Truck hadn't been swept out. This was not the location I choose. It was 20 miles from the location I choose.

Key box not found. Had to leave key in mail box. Didn't really have a marked spot to park.

Not an issue with the location - but the change made to my reservation day of was very inconvenient. The reservation was for a drop off 15 minutes away from our destination. That was changed day of to this drop off in Westby. That's a 45 minutes away from our destination. So after a long day of moving my wife and I had to a bunch of additional driving. Disappointing experience.

Muddy lot; no signage for the drop box location. The on line checkin process was off putting - it was raining and I am supposed to go around taking pictures. What do you pay the on site personnel for if my word is not good enough without all the pics. I understand mileage and fuel but the rest was a waste of time.

Guarantee reservations - my reservation was moved to an hour away from my original pickup location the day before the move. I was also charged $10 for gas after checking out when I actually left more gas in the uhaul then when I started.

Uhaul did not process my reservation. This location was super helpful to get me a truck, they even stayed after hours.

Update your information for this place! No key drop off box! I read multiple complaints from customers about this place not having a drop off box. After scouring the property for the fantom box I sat in the parking waiting to get ahold of customer service for quite some time. Only to find out from the regional rep, that the box had been destroyed and hadn't been replaced. Seems like that would be useful info for your customers don't ya think?

Customer service was great. We just had minor light issues on the trailer but would definitely us uhaul and this location agin.

I requested a dolly to help move but there wasn't one in the truck when I picked it up. I picked it up using the 24/7 app, so there was no one on site to correct the problem before hand. I waited a long time on hold and eventually hung up. When I brought the truck back, the employee apologized for the error and credited our account. Overall I was satisfied with my experience.

We did the after hours drop off procedure but were unable to find the uhaul key drop box anywhere ended up putting keys in the business mail drop slot
