raul mGuy was nice but was the only one there. It was a self storage, mail box all in one place. I helped him lift the trailer on to the hitch, they didn’t have the equipment other dealers used in the past. I’m used to dealing with the full service U-Haul locations . Compared to the drop off location in FL it was 5 star though. I need a survey for the drop off location. Thanks

HUDSON K | Overall ExperienceI was charged $80 more than what was on the paper I signed. I told the uhaul guy right away. He had no explanation. Days later and it seems like uhaul is crooks. Straight up stole $80 from me. Never again.

Regis RThe gentlman was very helpful from start to finish. I had an issue with the trailer that I had rented. He quickly adjusted and was able to get me on another trailer that worked for me. As soon as I arrived to return the trailer, I saw him washing the Rental trucks. He dropped what he was doing, helped me unhook and processed the invoice. He even adjusted the cost since the 2nd trailer was a bit cheaper. He could have easily not said anything and I would not have known. Very professional!

Randal MUhaul application would not function correctly. It took close to 30 min to upload a photo of my license and would not accept the picture of the milage when returning the vehicle. Eventually I had to navigate to the Uhaul website to successfully return the vehicle. When returning the keys, the return box slot was too small to accept the key fob. I had to fit the keys through a hole in the back of the box. Overall, the contactless experience was very frustrating.

I have not received such service in any venue, on any level in years ! After such an impossible relocation across states, Mr. Java's attention to communication and relaxed manner, was definately a needed and welcomed touch. It would be an added treasure to find others in the service system that would show as much concern for those they service as he. Thumbs up to Mr. Java. A Definately satisfied U Haul CUSTOMER !

Mr. Olegario Jara's professionalism was beyond reproach, and far above my expectation. He was extremely accommodating and patient. After a rigorous relocation across states, mr. Jara's warm and helpful reception was a true relief. I will definately return if rental is needed in the future. Because of Mr.Java my choice will quickly be made over Penske. Thumbs up to Mr. Java !

QUENTIN MThis storage is the worst storage unit I have ever rented. It is so dusty and all your items being stored will get covered in sand! You can try covering your stuff with a tarp and putting a towel and bricks underneath the door and everything will still be covered in dirt. This is why I took my stuff elsewhere.

Juan TI was not going to utilize Cottonwood Uhaul, and it is not my intent to provide a bad or review. This is a problem I've had with getting the correct reservations made, both online and in-person.
