I had selected mobile pick up but the morning I was supposed to pick up the truck, the business was closed. A couple of hours before my selected time the business-owner called me to confirm he'd be there. Upon my arrival, he had the truck running and cooling off, and completed the check in process from his tablet with ease, as mobile check in was taking awhile. Super nice man to have everything ready for me, even cranking the A/C on a 90 degree day. Highly recommend this location!Samuel O.

DO. NOT. USE. The rental process here was a joke â€"Â had to call someone to come to the site, they took over 15 minutes to travel there ("be there in a minute"), had to write down my information, including billing, on paper, travel back to their other office, another half-hour, file the paperwork, then come back with the keys. (! in the meanwhile, they parked the vehicle where it blocked the entrance to a store and I had to stand there while people glared at me and apologize for being unable to move it!) When I returned the vehicle, I had to do the check-in process (including creating a U-Haul account) on the website anyways. This was such a huge inconvenience â€"Â over an hour wasted when I could have gotten an equivalent vehicle from the Home Depot down the street for less. I requested this vendor price-match because of the inconvenience and they ignored my asking; lying, "It's actually more expensive." Repeatedly, I informed the vendor I was only using the vehicle for 5-miles, but they still authorized my card for 20 miles. A promising location and a good product was ruined by poor service. I'd still like my price-matched.Spencer E.

I am not sure. My experience went very smooth, I used the mobile pick up for my vehicle pick up and the online assistance worked well. You may want to add an extra step to the online assistance asking the renter of the vehicle to check for all add-ons that were purchased with the vehicle such as the utility dolly, appliance dolly, furniture dolly, etc. and that they are located somewhere in the truck before leaving the lot upon receiving the vehicle.Nathaniel P.
Pickup location was changed and I was not notified until after my pickup day/time. It was extremely far away and opposite direction. If a truck is not available at my preferred pick up location, I should be notified immediately, not after I am supposed to pick up to the truck. Extremely dissatisfied! There was a major problem with the gas gauge when I refilled the gas. It showed 3/8 if a tank. It never moved while fueling even when I started the truck. Finally it moved but by then it was up to past 3/4 of a tank and $50 of gas.MICHAEL C.

My problem is not with this location. The operator was awesome. My problem is Uhaul in general. Having to go 2 locations to find my reserved truck. Noone advised logistics that my truck was dropped elsewhere. I found out 30 minutes before my movers were to arrive, that I didn't have a truck. Went to another location in aurora they found me a truck, but all the way to south elgin. In snow and ice. My move in crew had to cancel because I was 3 hours late. This was all the while when my child was in the hospital. Communication is necessary in this buisness, and the lack of communication made this a horrible experience. This place was great but the journey to get there was not and the aftermath of losing my move in crew was the cherry on top.ann R.

The trick has a problem with the fuel gauge. I bought gas when it was 1/4 and it only took 7 gal. Then out read 3/4. The second time I bought gas it was almost to empty. It took 8 gal and there gauge then read a little over half. Having to buy has twice in a 200 mile trip is bad and both times put together I could only get about half the gas the truck should hold. I am glad ii wasn't going on a longer trip.Carl C.

The attendant said the safety chains are long and uhaul.uses the same.size on all.trailers. In light of this during my trip.tbe safery chains little by little broke apart and then the safety brake.chain couldn't onnect any longer.It was the.final 220 miles into Ca. so I chanced it would.be ok as I drove 1700 already. Receiving location was excellent.Robert B.
He Did not connect trailer well enough to the towing vehicle - came off of towing vehicle while loading car into the flat bed. I was straddling the trailer tongue guiding the car on and was struck between the legs with the trailer tongue when it forcefully shot up- lost skin on inside of both calves and have deep tissue bruising to inner thighs. Not happy at all. Could have lost (the boys) if I was closer to the truck. He also connected the brake chain to the other chains and not the vehicle....all around a bad hook up on his partDan L.

I drove my rental truck no more than 2 miles and the anti lock brake system lamp came on. Made me very uneasy driving this unfamiliar vehicle with a possible brake system problem. Called Uhaul customer service and was promised a call from the renting location next day, of course I never received a call. Will not do business again.DAVE S.
