Everything about my rental was good except for returning the truck. I returned it after hours and the mobile app would not work. When to took a photo, the app would not save the photo and returned me to the previous screen to start over. I tried everything I could think of and gave up after 20 minutes. I called the 800 U-haul phone number and waited 25 minutes on hold for someone to answer my call. The representative told me the problem was that I had too many apps open; I had only one app open and that was e-mail. He gave me very cryptic directions about taking a photo and sending it to him, which left me guessing if i was doing the right thing. When i told I had sent the photo, he hung up. Didn't verify that he had received the photo of the odometer and gas gauge. Just said I'd get my receipt by e-mail. It should not have taken 45 minutes to check in and it left me feeling that I would never again rent from U-haul. The truck was fine as was my check in, but trying to use the app was extraordinarily frustrating. I won't rent again from a location where I would have to use the app to return my rental.

Checking out the truck took over 30 minutes and I had to provide other contacts besides one like I might steal this or something. Also it was raining and the amount of pictures is overkill but understandable. I'd rather check out in person next time.

The charges were outrageous and unwarranted considering the online system would not let me proceed, then these folks overcharged me, and their management and customer service were even worse. The girl at headquarters told me they do not have a problem with their online system. I repeated my story three times only for this girl to tell me if I wanted to I could tell my story to yet another person. They are the absolute worst. Do not use them. Go anywhere else. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. You will thank me later.

They charged me over $20 for returning the truck early (after hours, when the truck wasn’t due back til 1pm the next day. I was NOT warned of this charge before hand. Absolutely Ridiculous.

The sliding door on the trailer was very loud and tough to move, needs to be lubricated. Also got outsmarted by the website when trying to do the after-hours return, was not able find the return button. Please rebuild the website to be more user friendly.

I created my reservation online and the estimate was $42. When I arrived to pick up the truck, my account said I had no reservations. Luckily there was someone there to look it up and to re-reserve the rental truck for me. My new estimate was over $60. The truck itself was clean and got the job done. When it was time for the drop-off return, I signed into my Uhaul account and once again it said I had no reservations, so I was not able to perform the picture-check required. I will most likely be charged for this. Very displeased with this process and the extra cost of the reservation. I will be taking my business to Penske.

Best trailer rental experience, extremely helpful and fast service, got me back on the road with the trailer in minutes. On returning the trailer, I was greeted as soon as I drove up, I parked the trailer and was unhitched within minutes of arriving and ready to head back on the road.

I did have to go out of route to pick up the uhaul trailer, but was compensated with 2 extra days to move. That was very helpful as am a senior citizen, extra days were appreciated. Thank you.....UHAUL. only thing I would appreciate is again, extra days. Again, being a senior citizen, this would be most helpful.. JCR

Not much. I thought the option for the quick or express check in was a bit confusing and not applicable for my trailer rental and should not of been given as an option prior to my already establish pick up date and time.

longer hours, and available right at 8 AM would be great. Overall much better than other Uhaul locations.

While the interior appeared cleaned, it did smell strongly of wet dog. Also, the reservation process was confusing as my pick up location changed multiple times, and my uhaul changed from 10ft to 15ft. This was frustrating as we did only want the 10ft truck. I would like to receive a partial refund for the inconvience.

It does not make sense to me that renting for 3days is cheaper then one/two days and leaving it at the location I needed to get my belongings to. Also, the safety chain connector hooks are all bent to a degree that would not allow me to attach to my truck. I had to purchase hooks that would attach to my truck and your trailer's safety chains.

I asked for the basic insurance of $14. Now I'm being charged $44 for insurance. I received the truck dirty and left it cleaner than I received and still received a cleaning charge. When I went to drop off their site wasn't working for being able to return the truck. I put key in box and truck was parked in the correct spot. I was then charged another rental fee of $119. I then called and lady said she would call back after looking into it. it's been 2 days and I haven't received anything. I hahe rented uhaul at least a dozen times and have NEVER had service this bad

I was charged for insurance even though I had declined it. I did self check in so i was unable to remove the charges. I would like the 16$ I was charged to be refunded!

I am also unsure whether I would recommend this location to a friend. The location was easy to find, but the only employee on site frankly stated that she was too busy to help us (we were only curious where we should park the trailer.) She was irritated that I did not know how to use the online drop-off system (this was my first time renting from UHaul). Once she directed me to the web page, it was easy to drop off the trailer; I just wish the customer service at this location were a little friendlier.

I waited more than 30 minutes to get my truck during reservation, and upon dropping off, the after hours keybox was broken, so instead of leaving the key exposed for anyone to steal, I had to call Uhaul Customer Service, wait on hold for 30 minutes for some sort of directive. More time was wasted dealing with the pick up and drop off than necessary.

This location did an excellent job to help me. However, your on-line reservation system failed miserably. A business model that requires the customer to chase after equipment and changes the equipment at will (from a 15' truck to a 10' truck) doesn't meet my expectations of customer-driven. This works only if you think you have a monopoly. I will not be using U-Haul on-line reservations in the future.

here's the thing.. you charge over a dollar per mile and this location is out in the boonies... no matter where one would go, you've already chocked up another $5 in gasoline just to get from this location to a main road. I think charging a dollar per mile is a rip off and I will use something else next time I need a truck.

improve appearance of business, place, security cameras outside, to be safer. Many thefts for gasoline from moving trucks according from one of the employees ,.... so, this is one of the main reasons why the truck I rented had a broke gas line. They have to do something regarding their vehicles safety.
