Personnel onsite was very nice and quick. I've never dropped off a Uhaul at a gas station before. Freaked me out. A bigger sign or a label on the app address like "Fueling Station" to make clear this was where the truck was to be dropped off would have been very helpful.Christian M.

Had a horrible experience with self-checkout the day prior. Went to this location in person and had a better experience. Only thing was checkout was too darn slow. I must've been there for 20+ minutes. My takeaway is U-Haul provides excellent service and good customer service but their interface with technology (app, lock codes, photo upload) is in the toilet.DINESH K.

Poor customer service because it was located in a gas station. The worker tried his best but there was no time to help the uhaul customers. Not happy with uhaul at all. Will use a different company next time.Laura O.

Truck got 2 to 3 miles a gallon. It cost an additional 70 dollars that I didn't have. Talked to several people and no one cared. I will never recommend u haul and I run a self storage site. So you lost alot of business and a site that could have made you alot of moneyDUNCAN RYON J.

The laptop where I input my information had prior client data (names/phone/payment info still saved as auto finish options because the cache wasn't cleared and the computer was not secure. I work in compliance and security and if I hadn't been in a rush would've gone to the Dillon road location where I wanted to rent from before being relocated. The contact person at the gas station didn't understand how to work the system and registration. Took 4x as long as it should've.Anthony P.
Next-door Goodwill donation center is super convenient! Not all rented equipment is necessarily available. Had to drive to separate UHaul location to rent furniture dolly.Michael S.

Don't accuse the customer of damaging the equipment when it was rented to us in that state AND it was noted in the contract. If you don't maintain your equipment or communicate between different locations that's not our problem. We took good care of it while it was in our possesion and it honestly did the job amicably.Joanna V.

The Equipment Contract and Contract Rental Agreement should be provided to customers at the time of reservation confirmation, not at the time the rented equipment is picked up, when there may be little or no time to review these documents before customers need to put the equipment to use in order to return it by the promised date/time.Terris H.

Honestly nothing. My entire experience was amazing. The gentlemen that helped me at this location was an absolute gem and honestly made my entire experience. I had had a long few weeks of moving and this was my last big move and I locked the keys in the back of the truck somehow and then at the end of the night locked the keys in the actual truck and the man that helped me deal with that issue was simply amazing. Kind hearted, helpful, and really made an insanely stressful day, turn into a very bright one. That man deserves a raise! I will always be using this location for Uhaul and will probably start getting my gas here simply because of that man.madeline M.

We were supposed to drop the uhaul/trailer off at a location in Boulder (made during the initial reservation). However, when we got to that location they stated the lot was full and we had to drive to a different location for both the uhaul and trailer. This was upsetting and made our move process more difficult.David R.
I had scheduled my truck and my email receipt stated that I had the unit for 6 hours. When I arrived I was told that I had to have the truck back in an hour which wasn't going to be enough time. Luckily there was a larger truck sitting unused and I was able to take that one, but was charged the higher rate. I did receive a refund for the difference in price, so that was fair. Not sure why the reservation was showing different on the local sites computer when I had a a confirmation for a longer amount of time? Besides that, everything worked well. Gracias.John D.

I am puzzled by a $79.00 rental charge. I returned the truck at 4:12 P.M and the receipt shows 4:32, which is 20 minutes later. I did pick up the truck a few minutes early but the rental contract given to me when I picked up the truck said the return time was 4:00 P.M. the 4:12 return is within the 15 minute grace period.Peter P.

The communication between the online set up and the pick up was terrible. I was quoted a certain price online and I get to the store and it was 40 bucks more than the quote. I had to buy insurance again even though I put in the online order I already wanted it and thought the price was included. All around communication was terrible and I paid more than I needed. Maybe if you just, you know, had stores that people could go in and talk to employees it would be easier??Morgan N.

The attendant did not know how to rent the trailer and had two call his boss who told me to come back in the morning. MORE IMPORTANT: I rented a auto transport trailer for to go from Houston TX on June 4 and dropped it on June 5 in Lafayette, CO on June 5 for $375.10. On June 14 I rented the same trailer in Lafayette, CO to return to Houston on June 15 and was charged over $830.15. I could have shipped the car for less via a third party had I known it was more than double.I PLAN ON FILING A COMPLAINT. THIS IS CLEARLY TAKING ADVANTAGE ON A CUSTOMER T WANTING TO RETURN HOME.Larry Z.

Couldn't speak good English, had no idea what he was doing and couldn't get any information correct. Had to video call "the manager" gave my credit card number and sent pics on his personal phone. Took roughly 30 minutes or more to get the truck and leave. I will never go back, very disappointed...Nichole J.
I had to stop at a garage for a missing dust cover cap on the front wheel. Without it, it would not have made it the 2.5hr drive. At first, I was scheduled for a different location and it took over an hour to reschedule me. It's nearly impossible to get customer service on the phone. Please work on that!Claudia S.
