Absolutely terrible!! Poor location, poor process, I'm convinced I was going to be robbed when trying to return and validate retuning the truck. Long process, no one obviously helped there. Just a terrible location to spend the ten minutes checking out on your app. Also, I called three times to say front tires were worn, bald almost, no one did shit besides they said they documented it. You rented a corporate truck to me knowing I was driving 2,000 miles with poor tires. That's called gross negligence and the liability for Uhual is huge, bad move. It snowed in Nebraska, had to stay over besides the tires sucked. I took pictures and videos, I'll deal with corporate on this, unacceptable!!Tim C.

There was dolly even though we had asked for one ... not sure whether to fault the location or UHAUL . It was not the location we had requested during sign up which is not the fault of the location but the fault of UHAUL's system. Staff at the location was new and in training, so NONE of this was staff fault.Lawrence B.

This was sketchy at best. Another uhaul truck was parked there so that was really the only indicator it was the right place. The parking lot was dark, full of garbage (clearly someone littered their entire truck contents) because there was no trash can nearby. The drop box was marked clearly enough.Stephanie F.
This is my second experience with this location. The first time I thought maybe they were new to the system so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time showed me they are simply disorganized and inattentive. This ended up cutting into my rental time even though I had proof of online check-in. They treat the uhaul customers like they are an inconvenience. The uhaul was in good condition but did not have a full tank of gas.Frances J.

Very poorly maintained. Confusing. Was not full of gas when we arrived. They did extend our time by 2 hours, but we started 30 minutes late anyway. Got a call two days after I turned the truck in asking if I'd turned it in. Just got the receipt after I turned in the car on 08/29.BRIAN M.
The truck did not have the pads I requested and paid for, used less mileage then expected and still paid the entire amount and I had an issue with returning the truck and had no one to ask. I will never rent a truck from this location or without a person to verify the truck again.Crystal P.

I will be calling the corporate office to complain- the service and miscommunication from Uhaul was the worst I have ever encountered. They made my move more stressful than it should have been! I was promised a 26' truck and then given a 20' truck - which in turn made me leave my mattresses my sofa and my washer and dryer behind because I was not given the 26' truck as promised and confirmed via e-mail contract. That does not even cover the problems getting the car hauler. Worst move ever caused by UHaul !DONNA L.
This is at a very run down liquor store/convenience store. There is really no place to park the vehicle or trailer and getting in and out was a chore. I had to return my truck after hours and even though the area in general want too bad I would not have felt safe returning it after dark. When I did have to go in to ask where to return the keys and deep the trailer the passion in the convenience stupid was very rude and everything in the lot was filthy and run down.Misti R.
I waited for 30 minutes for the pick up location to try and figure out how to setup the pickup since they didn't know how to. The only person who knew how to do so was not answering the phone and it was quite clear that they weren't going to be able to get me the truck. Since by then it was past my pick up time, I wasn't able to change to truck share. Had to cancel the order and request a truck share truck instead. My time was wasted. Then I reached out to customer service and all they said is that the truck was returned already. That's not even what I reached out to them about. I reached out to complain about the situation and I got bo support whatsoever. The only reason I even was able to get the truck is because I had to cancel my order and setup a new one.Robert A.
I had trouble using the ride share feature to pick up the vehicle. I had to get help on the phone. Overall it took me 33 minutes to get the vehicle just because there were so many steps and I needed help with most of itDeborah G.
