The lady was friendly and helpful. It was a small auto shop so it looked like a small auto shop. The u haul was ready for me. We made some adjustments and they adjusted well.

Marcellus store sent me to the cassopolis store as they had no vehicles and I was to get a 59mi credit The cass store said they knew nothing about the Marcellus credit and was very court I was told to read my contract when the gas replacment was brought to my attention and I was upset as I was late for a meeting for my wires wake and time was of the essence The money and gas were not the issue or I would have complied before returning the vehicle And the 70dollar threat was quite a shock so I drove 75feet across the drive and replaced the gas and drove back The clerk now said she had to reissue the billing as she now had to reverify the milage? Less than 100ft ???? The clerk then said she would email me a recpt and was upset that I said I now wanted a printed copy as I did not trust her I will certainly relay the COURTESY uhaul afforded me And yes I was late for the wake appointment I will also return to the Marcellus store for the 50hi credit that evaporated "let the buyer beware" certainly applies here Sincerely Ronald E. Kish plastics by design inc P.s. this was a charity run for the Marcellus Food Pantry And we will not use uhaul again

The 1-800 customer service was great...however, every time I called, I was on hold for at least 12-30 minutes. You need to do a better job with customer wait times to reach a representative.

I think it would have been better to know that it was unmanned and it was a little confusing when we needed to drop off (i.e. time)

Absolutely unacceptable. Equipment was in terrible shape and trailercame off hitch when I arrived 8 miles from store and was in dowaigic. Light and bracket fell off and then lights stopped working all together a two hours into trip. Bought lights from store and drove under stress for 11 hours. I am furious for what your equipment made this trip like.
