Was surprised to find safemove insurance on my bill when it wasn't selected when I made the reservation online. I didn't sign or see any breakdown of the charges prior to leaving the location. Received the contract via email 30 minutes after leaving with the truck. The truck was completely damaged on the right side looked to be the result of an accident. The passenger mirror was non existent. This truck was not safe, and should not have been rented, with a box truck side mirrors are really necessary. I could have lived with the truck issues but being charged insurance I didn't select and being charged a full extra day for being 30 minutes late on the return made the whole experience not worth repeating. I took pictures of the issues and would be happy to discuss them should someone with U haul like to hear and see what they are putting out to the customer. chris.bsd@hotmail.com 423-782-8035
