Gas was said to be full but was barley a little over 3/4 of a tank, brake light and turn turn signal out after being pulled over by the police and and blower for ac shut off multiple times during the day, sometimes 15 minutes until the ac would turn on, completely unacceptable in 95 degree weathe. First of all, the van smelled like a barn. Second of all, I rented the van from noon on Saturday to noon on Sunday. I pulled into the facility to return the van on Sunday at 12:02. The facility was closed so I was charged $90 extra because I was late. Keep in mind, the sticker on the office door said they were open until 4pm on Sunday but apparently the gate had a sign that said noon. The clerk I rented the van from did not mention anything about their closing deadline to me. I tried to get ahold of them to ask why I was charged $90 more since the van is only $19.99 per day and got no response. I've rented plenty of uhaul over the last 15+ years and this was the most ridiculous experience.ALEXANDER B.

Was not provided the dolly and pads I paid for. Was not sent the link to do a look at the vehicle until I had the truck for an hour and 20 minutes. Unknown if this location is at fault or U-Haul in general. Overall not a great experience.Joel G.

Charged 72 cents for 1.8 extra mileage when original dropoff location would not take the vehicle. Then Charged $15 dollars for Missing/Damage Fee Got these charges in an email after dropoff. And this was after leaving more gas in the tank than when I got it.Cecil C.

What UHaul needs to work on is their phone system! I needed to change my drop off location; the on hold message said to do on the website; but there was no way to do so. The website instructed to call 800-GO UHAUL. I called 3 different times; spending a total of over an hour on hold. When I finally got a live oerson, I was told I needed to call another number!
