Took over 30 hours to report to uhaul our trailer was returned.

The truck provided had dents in the passenger door that made it difficult to close it. The driver door also had issues closing. Right headlight was burnt out and during the whole trip, the engine was making a suspicious noise. We were lucky it got us from OH to VA without an issue, to be honest. And when I put in the reservation, I requested a utility dolly, which this location did not even have available. The guy at the location was nice, at least. But everything else made for a poor experience.

Outstanding experience for our recent move. Our 15 foot truck was immaculately clean and worked great. Sales staff was prompt and efficient, too. I'd rent from U-Haul again in a minute. Thanks so much for making this move a little easier!

I would recommend that U-Haul no longer work with this place. The parking lot is riddled with potholes, the location is dirty and poorly maintained. The employees, while polite, delivered very poor customer service. They did not have any furniture pads, furniture dollies, or utility dollies. The trucks were not clean, inside or out, including the back - loose dirt and pebbles coated the floor. This was the worst rental experience I’ve had with any moving truck company.

Someone that works there answer the phone and was trying to help me with closing the contract but they didn't know how to do so. They asked me to call back to get it taken care of once he had the information but when I did call back no one would answer the phone and it went straight to voicemail. U-Haul personnel had to help me close the account which I'm thankful for and made it very easy.

Did not have truck ready in time or any of the extra items I requested in my order that was created nearly a month prior. This meant that I had to go to another store and purchase the items for an additional $54 making me late for my movers. Completely unacceptable.

Don't tell the customer that if they do not show up at the reservation time noted, the truck may be given to someone else. My 2pm pickup time was too early since I am a school teacher and when I said I would get there around 4pm was told that the reservation may be canceled if I didn't show at the scheduled pick up time. For us, we are a band using the truck to transport our instruments to performances to games and competitions. Without the truck, we don't perform. Cooper Deli did change the time for me when we discussed this. But there should be some grace period for time and/or phone call to reservation holder before just "giving" the truck to someone else. Especially since this is set up as a corporate account for our entire season through the Elyria store manager.

Customer service was terrible. No explanation on how renting a vehicle works. Charged my card multiple times for the same rental. Then told I have to wait for them to return the money they took. Get it together!!!!

I rented a 26' truck for my move and it drove well, however, trucks this size, especially when fully loaded, don't have very good pick up. Diesel might be better for these big boys, in my opinion, but it wasn't a terrible experience. Another location had told me this specific location had the size truck I needed that was close to both where I was packing from and where I was moving to. Marilyn reserved the truck for me and I picked it up at the other location which I thought was nice of her to do so I didn't have to make another phone call and I was at work when I called about it. The guy at the pickup location was very nice and helpful when I picked it up and he explained things well. Dropoff was seamless as well, but their phone kept ringing and we had to keep waiting. We were exhausted from moving all day and just wanted to go home, but the girl was very polite and kept her cool. I would definitely recommend and will use again if I need to pick up anything or God forbid, move again because that's not going to happen!! The prices were also very reasonable, especially since I didn't have to drive a long way either way, so that definitely helped. THANK YOU!!

The people were polite. The truck served its purpose, but I'll never go there again. A $19 truck turned into a $39! I rented a similar truck at another location close by, the same trip, only cost me $23.00. It was a complete rip-off. I would never recommend this location to anyone. The store had some questionable-looking customers in it which made me feel unsafe. The truck was dirty inside and smelled.

The location was extremely dirty and it’s clear the only cleaning the equipment goes through is what the last person does to avoid a fee. Definitely would not recommend. It’s worth paying the extra money for mileage and getting from somewhere further away. The staff however was very friendly.

They were wonderful. I had a bad experience at another Uhaul. The Cooper Foster team fixed my problem with the other Uhaul and got me on the road in a few minutes. They are great. By the way their food is super good.

No dollys when I requested and paid for 2 of them. Made moving impossible when it was only my wife and I. Uhual had a dirty rag in the back covered in mud and dust.

The truck was dirty, I didn't realize until I was physically in it there was trash everywhere & then I couldn't change it on the app. I changed the gas gage on the app & said it was under where they stated. I was charged a fuel fee even though it was where it was when I got it. Overall not the greatest experience. The girl inside the pick up location was nice & helpful.

Cashier had to redo my whole order for the truck. She was not trained on the uhaul rental. Printer didn't work. Store was filthy and in disrepair. Would NOT go to rent from here again. I was referred there after I was told the place I was originally renting from didn't have our truck.

The girl that took care of me was probably the only one that had been so professional in all my years renting from uhaul and a big thank you to her for the way she handled the transaction. She made me feel as if I mattered as she was doing all the log in on my account. I can’t say it enough for a young girl she handled herself with professionalism 100% !!!

Needed an appliance dolly and ended up with a regular dolly. Instead of removing it from the bill all together got charged for the regular dolly. Interior and back of the truck also had trash/mask laying on dash.

My husband dropped off the truck and did not really pay attention to the mileage charge and unfortunately we did not note the mileage when we picked up but there is no way we went 98 miles at best we went 50 … disappointed that we feel like we were cheated as they did not even go out and check the mileage when we dropped off !!! Will never rent from there again !!

Truck was dirty. Rental agent provided NO information regarding the use of the vehicle. Handed me the key and told me the truck was on the side of the building. I was told I would have a low mileage truck but it had 113000 miles, was very noisy, and the brakes were “soft”.

Trailer had dent in fender area. Should have been pointed out and verified upon pick up. My online link to verify equipment status did not work so I had to call 800 # and also called back local rental agent to make sure all was noted.

The customer service at the Cooper Deli was just not great. When we picked up the truck, my husband had no idea what to do because the online check-in didn’t work for us. He went inside the deli instead and approached an employee asking if he knew how to get the keys. The employee wouldn’t say a word or even look at us. He just pointed his finger to the left and wouldn’t speak. At drop off, the deli was supposed to be open at 8:00 am. We dropped it off at 11:40 am. The same employee was sitting outside on a crate, but the doors were locked to get inside. My husband asked the employee if he knew what time it would open, the response was “nop.”My husband walked back to the car, completely at a lose for what to do now. We went to drive away and I saw the after hour drop box. It would have been nice to be informed of them at from the employee who watched up pull in with a 26ft Uhual to drop off. Customer service is greatly lacking in this location!!

Where do I start, first of all the truck was is disgusting condition, I called to let them know that there had be roaches in the truck & trash left . The truck also had transmission problems had trouble switching into gear & caused the fuel to get low fast. I could go on but I only is this service as a last resort due to pricing.
