Ensure USB ports / power sources are functional. My truck had USB ports that were pushed through the dash and I was not able to power my phone, which was needed for GPS purposes. Truck was clean and worked perfectly other than that.MARK M.

The people working at the time of pickup was really young. The guy asked if I wanted him to hook up the Uhaul to my vehicle. I said yes. I have been using that Uhaul location for the past 10 years. They have automatically hook up and unhooked my Zuhaul equipment during every encounter. If I had to hook up and unhook my equipment, I would go elsewhere. He was a young male kid. I wasn't convinced he knew what he was doing. He was also asking his female co-worker if what he was doing was correct. He shouldn't be working there. I won't be using his services again. I was scheduled to pick up a 10' truck at 5:00 am. It was behind a locked gate and didn't have the code to get in. I was able to chat with someone online to get the code, but then the key wasn't left for the truck, so I was not able to use it.Donna B.

Unfortunately, I had to wait for over an hour for an employee to arrive to rent me the truck. I waited in the hot sun and made 2 separate attempts to call the corporate office to get a manager there to finalize my rental. I was assured both times that a manager would be on site within 15 minutes and in neither case did that occur. When the manager finally did arrive, he had VERY little interest in providing good customer service. He didn't even walk me to the truck I was to rent. Honestly, this ranks as the lowest of all of my experiences with U-Haul. I chose U-Haul precisely because I've had such great success with the company. In this case, however, I would not recommend this location to anyone without change in management.ALLISON A.
They didn't have any furniture pads. The original invoice showed a charge for the pads. I went in to get it corrected and he said there was no charge but then my final invoice showed the charge. I was also Then for some reason I was charged for 2 rental periods. Even though the facility was closed and it was after hours and I was assured I could return it when I was done.ROGER B.
The truck was pulled in forward. This location requires a backout and turnaround. I have a CDL which is the only reason I was able to complete it. The location has space available for the truck to be put into a straight pull-out.CHARLES M.

Overall, the person working the front desk was nice, but the logistics & wellbeing of the equipment were not great. When I called to book the uHaul, I was given inaccurate information about which uHaul option would be cheaper (in town v. drop off). I was told a drop off in Nashville would be cheaper, when it would actually be 2x the price. Then, when I went to pick up the truck the gas was lower than described and the truck was filled with broken glass. I went to report the problem after reaching my location and could not report it online. Then, when I went to check the truck back in the website would not allow us to check in because of a glitch with location services. There was another group nearby having the same difficulty.HANNAH L.

Myself and someone else who were returning trucks couldn't photo the mileage, and fuel because of location detection and my phone was set to be found by location, as it always is . I received a charge with 50 miles charged when I only drove 21 miles. I was told just guess how many miles I would drive before I left. That I would be charged for actual miles driven. I called the rental location and still have received no response. Ripped off for twenty something dollars. Other than that the service was fine.RANDOLPH S.

When a reservation is made for a specific type of truck it should be guaranteed. I rented a 10' truck and found out that they changed locations on me and didn't have any available so they gave me a 15' truck. What's the point of reserving something if you don't get it?Brian S.

The online UHAUL where I reserved the vehicle did not recognize my location when I went to pick up it up. Tammy had closed for the day and was leaving when she saw me standing there (lost). She directed me into the office logged in to take care of me. Tammy is awesome! I'm very happy with the service from Cool Springs Storage. Not satisfied with the online experience however.CINDY L.

The truck was supposed to be left a a half tank of gas. I left it w only slightly less than that; between 1/4 and 1/2 a tank after hours. This location lied and said the gas tank was almost empty, and charged me over $92 for gas. When I emailed, disputed that and asked what could be done, I received no answer. My suspicion is that they do this to everyone to make money. I am NOT happy.TRACEY D.

I reserved a truck 10 days in advance for the location just off I-65 in Franklin. However, the day before I wasupposed to pick it up, I was informed by text that the equipment was not available and I had to go to another location to pick one up. This forced which forced me to drive through a lot of traffic congestion in an unfamiliar area. I chose the original location specifically to minimize traveling on such roads. After loading, I drove the truck 400 miles and it performed fine. Cruise control would have been nice, tho.Mike R.
