I did not see any additional convenience by having the reservation go through my cell phone. The manager at this location did a good job.

I order the Uhaull through my Woodstock GA location. I told the person that I would be leaving Atl at 8am. He scheduled my pick up at 10:45 (not possible), so when I arrived they were closed and had cancelled my truck. Luckily I was still able to rent a truck from another Uhaul

DO NOT BUY U HAULS INSURANCE OFFER IF YOUR PERSONAL AUTO INSURANCE COVER'S OTHER VEHICLES YOU DRIVE... AND,,, U Haul should change their Insurance Purchase Policy to give the customer back "One Half of U HAULS INSURANCE Charge" upon return of the unit if the Insurance was not used !!!

did not have as many furniture pads as I ordered, and three of them weren't U Haul pads so they were throw aways at the drop off, but the manager was very helpful and friendly

The mobile app would not work for me. I tried multiple times to “turn in” the vehicle using the app. The first time it stopped after making me create an account; it did not redirect to the turn in process. Then several times in a row the website hung up on the step following the last cleanliness photo. It was very frustrating.

Changed my pick up location and time. Wanted earlier then avaliable. Update you online ordering to keep up where your trucks are. Dont offer a location if no trucks there.

We rented a truck and a dolly to make our pick up. Then we had to go to an additional location to pick up the dolly. This cost up additional millage to have to go to the others location.then we didn't have the help to off load the item we purchased. That cost us time away from work.

When we reserved the truck, we asked for a 15 foot. The price on the website was $29.95. We arrived and could only rent a 20 foot truck for more money. was not happy with the experience.

I expect my vehicle to rent to be at the location I go to to rent it . The wonderful Larry had to work to allow me to pick up the truck I wanted at his location. Seems your computer system had sent me a few miles away. Had I had to go elsewhere for my vehicle I would not have been happy. Thank you Larry!!!!

The location was closed and the gate was locked. I parked the truck in the parking lot in front of the store. I was using the self checkout but it would have been helpful to know what to do if the location was closed.

This comment has nothing to do with the Franklin location. I booked online and it was not clear that the rental I made had a limited amount of miles. I’m sure in the small print somewhere it Indicated this but should be transparent.

The truck was clean but not super clean. The cab smelled musty and was in need of a good cleaning. Whindschield was terrible outside.

I only put 20 miles on the truck. I picked it up at closing and when I got in the truck the gauge wasn't where it was on the paperwork it was lower but I couldn't go back in to show them because it was closed. So I got charged $8.80 for MAYBE using one gallon of gas. Then when I told the lady she didn't care thats what bothered me the most. Im 59 years old and I am not going to lie about something like this. Gene

First, i had paid for a furniture dolly, this was not in the van. My husband did not know to ask for it as i was the one that did the reservation. Second, We moved a couch. that was it. he didn't fold the towels back up and was charged a 25.00 Cleaning fee. Absolutely a RIP OFF. This was all after a horrible call in when trying to reserve the van. to the point that i actually told the lady i was speaking to "you are being really rude, i am just trying to make sure i understand everything" in which she continued to make Uhuh comments

the location I selected for drop off was not the destination I was given. When I called my desired location there was no manager to ensure I would not be charged, so I had to deal with the location I didn't select. I'm disappointed with the location issues at both pickup and drop off.
