I love my storage units. I have had now an inside and outside unit for over two years. Susan is friendly and helpful. My belongings are well protected and do not smell like they have been in storage. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rats Susan is the owner RUDE VERY RUDE SHE GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND WITH MY DRILL OFF DATE to find out thEY charge 50$ to use a grinder. RATS got into my unit aTe up important documents like birth certificates and the only thing was offered was 25 off for rat traps my clothes had rat feces all thru them very very very DISAPPOINTED.

The owner told me I could not put household garbage in garbage. I said it was not household but he was being a duck because it was in a trash bin and as much as I paid a month I should have been able to throw whatever I wanted away. The storage building was not cool so the name should be changed to hot air storage.

I told them I wanted to back a trailer in there with motorcycles on it new it would barely fit through the door which I understood that but they didn't tell me it had a 6" or 7" concrete Curb or I should say the floor is 6" above the asphalt to keep water out when I noted them I need to back my trailer into that storage unit they failed to tell me about floor lack of communication and notifying people what is actually there
