Hard to check in online but other than that friendly owners and helpful

Dropped off trailer after hours. Contacted U-Haul directly and they took care of everything in short order. Very pleased with this experience!

Conway Storage is excellent! I will recommend them to anyone who needs to use UHaul! They are wonderful people to work with! Everything is clean, the trucks and trailers are in great condition and the owners are top notch people!

Great customer service at this location But... I wish the general off site phone rep would have told me this location did not have the size trailer I wanted instead of u haul calling me back with a bait and switching things up. Your website should be more specific to say exactly what is in stock at each location as well or give me the phone number directly to the location. General phone rep knew none of that.

Reduce rates. Very pricey to rent a trailer. Should be about $150 less at least! I realize this is U-Haul corporate.

Nothing. The whole process was easy! The people in the shop were personable and efficient. The person on the phone who made my reservation was thorough and understood my needs. It was great!!

Trailer had issues with inertia brakes. Brakes caught and released violently. Trailer slammed into to vehicle and vibrated on the road. Tire blew in Carthage TX. Most annoying was the fact that the Petoskey dealer had on his phone a message saying customer service was helping other customers. This message played the entire day and no one could be contacted .Finally, I ran out of time and had to take the trailer as is. On the other hand the dealer in Carthage TX was most helpful. They stayed open late to provide us with a new tire. They suspected that the hydrauic fluid in the trailer was low. Unfortunately .the filler cap could not be removed to check the level. The rental equipment needs to be thoroughly inspected before it is put out for rental The dealer must customer service personnel that contactable. The dealer's message was infuriating.

The truck we used was old (105,000 miles on it) and didn't drive well. Not really clean in the cab, but because we only needed it for a short distance, it was acceptable. We rented a Penske truck earlier in the week when this uhaul location was closed, and it was much nicer, so maybe good to be aware of the competition.
