Grant Cit took me over a hour for the stupid app to work. i'm not a boomer, technology isn't foreign to me but this app was not working at all and i tried every possible configuration to get it to work. it kept telling me i was in the wrong location and that i was in Ghana Africa when i was sitting in Mesa Arizona at the correct location. the truck itself worked fine and the return was fine but getting it initially was a pain in the ass. also the app doesn't really show details on past damages to the truck, which the truck i used did have, so i had to take more pictures just to cover my butt incase you guys try to charge me for damage that was already there on the truck. i only used you guys cause you were the cheapest and i didn't want to drag my brother to help me move with his truck when it was 110 degrees in Arizona.

James MThis truck was the worst we've ever leased from U-HAUL. It was dirty ( EVEN WINDSHIELD HAD TO BE CLEANED TO SEE TO DRIVE) THE OUTSIDE OF TRUCK WAS DENTED, SCRAPED, TAGGED. The truck did not run smoothly & gas usage was high. This was not the high quality that we generally experience with U-Haul.
MARK MTruck was in poor condition. I was given no paperwork when i picked up the truck. Could improve by making sure truck had been inspected & cleaned; paperwork should ALWAYS be available with keys to the truck
MARK MFor contract number 92172640. When we went to pick up the uhaul truck (we were picking up from a random spot, not a uhaul location) I had no way to get into it. I was never emailed a lock code. I had figured I would be emailed one 24 hours before or I would see it on my account when I logged in on the website or something like that. Being super busy moving, I hadn't thought to check until we got there but I had no email and nothing on my account. I called the customer service line and they told me that I needed to go into the convenience mart (where we were picking it up) to ask for a key. I went in and asked and the worker told me that they don't have the keys, Uhaul should have given me a code. I had to call uhaul back again and this time the person directed me to login to my uhaul account and click on "ready to pick up". I told her that was nowhere on my screen and then she said that someone had forgotten to switch my reservation to active so I had to wait on hold with her for a while as she did that. Once I was finally able to get into the truck, there was no furniture dolly or appliance dolly inside. As I said, we weren't at an actual uhaul location so I couldn't just go in and ask for them. I need to be refunded for those two things as we paid for them and were not provided with them. I had the reservation time for 7 and what was promised at the time of booking to be "easy" took us until almost 7:45 and we didn't even get everything we paid for. I would definitely not recommend to anyone.

John BVan was filthy outside. Not very clean in the cargo area. Van ran great!
George CRepresentative was friendly and cooperative. However, vehicle interior was filthy, spilled soda all over the cab and floorboards, trash and debris left in cargo area. I took photos just in case I was charged for condition when I dropped it off.

Cannot make improvements or invest back into the company if this company is gonna be money hungry and not put back into the business that's number rile in business feed your business not your pocket on dumb things. I am not failing your business by not having a good clean vehicle to start with that's on you that you don't care. Care more be honest and don't be greedy
Michael KThe parking lot was a little cramped. However, the gentleman that checked us in and out was very thorough and helpful. We used the cargo van to pick up girl scout cookies and it was great. We will definitely rent from U Haul next year.

Steve FSeedy location. Disgustingly dirty vehicle. I thought the truck was going to break down at any moment. Weatherstripping on drivers side door was unattached and curled up below seat. I temporarily attached for fear it might interfere with foot controls. To rate the location and truck "Poor" is a gross understatement.

JASON MI got completely screwed and charged an extra day because of a mishandled return, will never use UHAUL again. Most horrible uncaring and incompetent business I have dealt with in decades. Review score - SHIT.
Jethro AWow - talk about friendly service! I was a first-time renter so concerned that I'd screw up the submission. No worries, their employee Steve guided me 100% through. Outstanding customer service - oh, and I grabbed a chicken sandwich (delicious) and Gatorade for the road. For a new store, it's really working hard to offer everything.
Elizabeth ON/A this process was a breeze the gentleman that took care of me today was very kind and polite and explained everything at the start to the finish using the equipment and it all was smooth I would definitely do business again with this company awesome job.
