Sixto DDid not have the number of packing blankets that I ordered online. The driver side door did not open from the outside. Charged a 3% fee for using a card instead of cash. Not open on Saturdays which is a prime moving day.
David NIt would be nice to start with a full tank of gas even for a small fee. Having to stop for gas at the beginning of your trip is inconvenient when you’re stressed with all the packing and moving details
Thomas SHave trailers either lined up by size and/or ready for pick up. As it was I personally had to move two other trailers out of the way to access the one that I was going to use. Then I find out some of the lights blinked on and off. Was not very satisfied and wife was furious.
