No one was there when I dropped off. Had a number on the door that says by appointment only, explained I was owed my deposit money, he said he was an hour and a half away and would contact me when he was back, 2 days later still nothing he didn’t even check The truck back in, and now the number is disconnected.

The employee was an hour and 10 minutes late to open. The booking agent said they open at 9. The website said the open at 9. He said they open at 10 and was still late after 10. Not cool.

I reserved a U-Haul at a location closer to my house and was sent 20 min further for pick up. It took me over an hour to resolve my pick up issue. I was in hold for over 20 min, finally someone was able to process my check in and there was no dolly or pads that I had ordered. I was 30 min late meeting my movers both in Kansas City and then in Omaha.

He did not use his office. Did all transaction in the hall. Had to pay in cash so everyone in hallway entrance of building saw me taking out large sum of money. Answered phone hello instead of Uhaul thought I was making personal phone call. Told me to pick up later he had 2 people who wanted to use it first. Tail light out. Said if I said anything he would deny it. Wasn't sure if he could give me a receipt from his phone. Had no change so told me just round up and give him whole amount. I went and got change. If I wasn't on a deadline to get to Georgia for an interview I would not have used this location. Very diappointing for uhaul. Used before but not this location not a good area for conducting buisness in a hallway with cash. He had a door with Uhaul on it but never used it. Very unprofessional. Didn't know he was with Uhaul the way he dressed. After knocking on door and no answer. Someone yelled down hall there he is watching tv in break room across hall. He came out to hall way. Never identified himself with Uhaul. Very said

Once I found the drop-off location and met with the employee, it was easy. The biggest problem I had with this rental experience was the inability to reach anyone at UHaul via phone. I tried a few times and was always on hold for a long time until I gave up.

Not well signed so difficult to locate. No parking available at address listed so not sure where to leave vehicle. Still have not received an email receipt as promised and vehicle was dropped off 2 eeeks ago:(
