Scott BWas incredibly impersonal in person process. Will do mobile pick up going forward. Employee gave wrong information. Was overcharged on gas. Was told to bring back just over 1/2 tank. I did.

angelica hExcellent people to work with for any transportation needs. The U-Haul trailer was very nice and with a lot of space, they have many sizes, and light so that your vehicle is not stressed by carrying to much load.

CRAIG CI was very disappointed in this entire experience. This location had no appliance dolly but failed to let me know that before coming to pick up my rental. I waited 30 minutes for this location to open since there was no appliance dolly in the truck only to be told they didn’t have any. U-Haul sent me to another location to pickup an appliance dolly and when I got there they had one but it was reserved for someone else. The lady there was nice enough to rent it to me. But I was charged there for it and still got charged for it on my original rental. Because of all the issues U-Haul extended my drop off time to 10am and then it was changed to 9:38 because the truck was reserved for another family at 10am. This entire experience has be doubting if I’ll ever use U-Haul again. Very disappointed & would like to be refunded for one of the charges for an appliance dolly.

John MThe upfront fees were not explained thoroughly, which was disappointing. The original truck we wanted and paid for he told us he couldn't find the keys so he gave us the smaller one with no discount. We were charged for gas when we returned the truck OVER the gas limit it was given to us (we got in on quarter tank, we filled the tank up). He charged us for the cleaning fee when we made sure to clean the truck out before returning it, it was overall a bad experience.

Robert NThe location was not open. The drop off was not clearly posted. I basically had to do all the work to complete my transaction. Uhaul needs to take this into consideration and discount the rates.
Liza PThe equipment I paid for wasn't available. Which was due to overflow from the other location being closed but you'd think it would be reserved. I also paid outrageous mileage, it's more expensive to go 60 miles away, get my stuff from mini storage and drop off the same day than it is to move to the coast and drop off at a another location

Alejandro RThis location is awesome, except my pick up and drop off was kicked over to another location due to truck availability. The 56928 Twentynine Palms Highway, Yucca Valley, CA 92284 location was a mess. I stopped by prior to my pick up to confirm pick up time and an appliance dolly. The rep was extremely condescending and unhelpful. The tiny office smelled like marijuana and the whole experience was extremely unprofessional. So much so that I returned to the Computor Zone location and rented a larger truck just to keep from having to go back to the 56928 location. Computor Zone U-Haul was very accommodating and recommend it.

Tallia AI accidentally dropped the truck off at the wrong spot. Then this rude lady called me while is was driving home and was borderline harassing me about where I dropped the truck off. I literally couldn’t believe her attitude! Anyways i called uhaul customer service and they got it sorted. Later in the day today that petty lady from the computer store charged me $1 for 1 mile I guess because she needed some sort of closure. Only use uhaul cause i have too lol
