Latonya EWhen a truck is returned, be sure to carefully inspect for more than debris. Some people are leaving behind roaches and fleas.

Leonard MTruck was as presented, clean and serviceable. One thing I'd recommend is NOT using Armor All type products on the floor mats and step up. I slipped getting in the first time and fell backwards off of the truck. No injury beyond my pride.
John FMiss Carolyn is truly amazing. Her knowledge, her support, her enthusiasm, was instrumental in my renting a uhaul from that location. In the future, I will most definitely go back there first. I simply can not say enough good things about Miss Carolyn. I wish more companies had someone like her.

Kareem LFirst time experiencing the new share 24 hr drop off. I love the convenience of dropping off whenever but the location drop off was confusing. I saw where the other trucks were parked but could not figure out how to get it back there. Had to squeeze through a parking lot of other cars and drive through a do not enter sign to get it behind the building. Also once behind the building, it was limited lighting. Using the app was very good and easy to do. But I would recommend another legal entrance to return especially for the 26 footer trucks. Also add extra lighting in case customers drop off when its late. I could not tell if the area was clean because of limited lighting and because of the limited lighting to me was not inviting. At least post visible sign that can be seen at night to guide customers to where to park. I would recommend to a friend if there were a better entrance for the bigger trucks and extra lighting where to park the trucks. Thank you.
Eric RAs soon as I got the uhaul I stopped and a can of Marijuana rolled from underneath and hit my foot I would have went to jail had I got pulled over not a good showing tells me you don't clean your vehicles

Juanita CI was charged a $20 after hours drop off charge when I dropped it off around noon. The sign said they were open but I got to the door and a sign said they stepped away and would be back in 10 minutes. I parked out front where it was the most obvious to park and a lady comes running to my car telling me to pull it around back. There was a giant Do Not Enter sign posted so it's impossible to know that they want you to park there. And nothing posted at the drop off box, either. The lady left after telling me to pull around back but gave no direction as to where to park. So there was no person to assist me, help me get my car off the carrier, nothing. After I got my car off the transport I left. 20 minutes later I get a call that I need to return and un-hitch the transport from the moving truck. That was a first. So she charged me an after-hours fee because I would not drive all the way back to disconnect it. She should have been there, or someone else there to give direction of she wanted it a particular way. I was totally upset with her experience after having the best experience between the staff on the 800 number who took my reservation on such short notice after our moving company was a no-show. The woman who assisted me have me a coordinator number to someone in Vegas who pulled the truck and transport together insanely quickly and was so helpful and pleasant over the phone. 10 stars and an A++ for St. George Bluffs location, your phone representative, and the coordinator. 0 stars and an F for failure to the Crain Hwy location in White Plains. I was also disappointed that Bryans Road, MD location wouldn't take anymore trucks. I have used them in the past and they have always been fantastic, too!

TAJUANA FThe AC didnt work. I had to change my reservation pickup time twice because she wasnt there the first 2 times. You could hear the wind coming through the drivers door while you drove. Worst experience i have ever had. Will not book with uhaul again after this.

Oliver WI dropped off after hours and the location to drop off was unclear, apparently you are to turn where the sign states do not enter. I tried to call customer service for assistance and was in hold an extended period and had to go to 7-11 and ask worker for assistance and a customer helped us by say go in the do not enter way. It was an horrific after hour return to the 1st time visit location.
Sonia PI need to speak with management. I’ve been trying to call, to rectify this, but the wait times are too long. I told the lady at the desk I would return Thursday or Friday. She told me not the rate would be higher for the weekend. I found out that she put me down for Thursday, which was good because I was already finished Thursday evening. When I got the truck, I told her I would like to drop it off in district heights (where I moved to) and she said that was fine if I found a location, but if there wasn’t one to return it back at their location. Thursday night I looked up locations and there was many of them, which when I looked back at my receipt she put me down to return it at their location. So not only was I being charged for another day (Friday) which was not needed, I got charged for the weekend rate. Then come Friday she was calling my phone rushing me and saying I couldn’t drop it off to a locations 5 mins away from me. I told her I had to wait for someone to watch my kids and be able to follow and pick me up (which was about an hour ride, when I wanted to drop it off at another location) I had then talked to another person (a manager, I assume and told him my issue and he said he wouldn’t charge the weekend rate, which I feel like I shouldn’t of been charged the extra day as well. AFTER I DROP the truck off and finally get the emailed receipt, I still see where they charged me the weekend rate. Can someone please contact me about this issue. They were not friendly and rushing and did not listen to my concerns in the beginning while giving me the wrong info. She told me I could drop it off in district heights, but then told me the day of that I couldn’t cause they scheduled another appointment. So now I was charged an for extra day, more money per mileage (weekend rate), and had to drive an hour back to the location when I could have taken it back Thursday night when I was finished using it, got the week day rate, and it was only 5 minutes from my new house. A lot of misleading info from them, and a lot of money that I had to pay for no absolute reason, when she told me the wrong information.

Gregory CThis lot was out of our way for the purposes of our pickup. We lost valuable time on our move. It would be better if the reservation process was improved to offer more than 16 hours notice on where to pick up. Even better would be the ability up front to reserve at a specific location with a guaranteed pick up at that place. If the equipment wasn’t available at your first choice, then having the ability to select the site that was on the way for us. The app is not user friendly and could also use some work. The reservation showed up in the app incorrectly for drop off location and gave a time of 9 am however the contact the was emailed didn’t have a time on it. Yes, the pickup in White Plains was smooth and the vehicle wax clean, but again, almost 2 hours out of our way on the initial moving day.
Kris DEquipment was a little dirty, but the lady did sweep out the truck. The truck was not the best that I could have been given, but it was okay. The gas tank was just above a quarter of a tank and was returned the same way. No problem otherwise! She was very nice!
