Uhaul did not have the right size truck and was not ready to provide a vehicle on time. Additionally Uhaul dispatch could not find me a suitable vehicle that was less than 45 minutes away from my location. During this time I had hired movers waiting in my driveway to assist me. I was paying men on the clock to wait for me to secure the appropriate vehicle from Uhaul. My experience with Uhaul made my move more stressful and less efficient

Nothing needs to be changed , I had a after hours picked up and drop off and I happen to arrive as a Gentleman was leaving for the day he knew I was lost he was so very helpful with helping me retrieve my truck and go through all the steps I needed for pick up and drop off I truly appreciate him .

I set up a 6pm pickup, they could not do that as they close at 4pm and do not participate in the online pickup/drop off service. Went to get my truck at 330pm. Indicating that I had a 6:00 p.m. pickup because I had movers coming the following day The U-Haul guy indicated he would adjust my pickup time to show 6:00 p.m. however he did not do that so I was forced to return the truck by 3:00 2 days later which was a real pain in my ass!!!

Just continue your, prompt, respectful attitude in answering customers concerns. A full tank of gas when picking up rental is always appreciated. I highly recommend selecting this uhaul location for your next move. .

I had to go here because the trailer I reserved online wasn't at the location I picked. I would not recommend booking online to anyone. The employees were not helpful with this at all. I will not use Uhaul again if at all possible

Originally I was told by the manager drop off time was open until 6pm. When I called they had already shut up shop at 4pm. I was aghast that each and every worker, including the service rep who took my truck in, did not wear a mask for covid. This is not acceptable.

My appointment was @8am I was supposed to pick up a rental truck & car hauler - at 9:50 I received a car hauler and I had to drive to another UHaul rental facility to get my truck- which was way bigger than what I reserved - this whole process was unprofessional- time consuming- and frustrating I will never rent from uhaul again

After 30 years of using U-Haul, I got it. Book a cross country, one way trip and you are getting the local dealers worst vehicle. Sending us out in this piece of junk was cruel. Everyday we had to deal with some dashboard light. Battery dead, wrong Battery installed before we got the truck, starter dead. Need oil, yes, got that light 200 miles in. No oil in the engine at all. Get everything fixed, now I need a gallon of coolant. Cost us two days on the road just getting things fixed. Please give local dealers an incentive for giving us cross country folks a decent vehicle to rent. And not be a chance to get rid of your junk!
