App had trouble scanning picture so I had to use the website. You can barely see the “next step” tab hiding below. I also rented an appliance dolly, they didn’t leave it in the truck. I had to wait till they opened. The customer service agent I spoke with was very nice helping me with the website and picking up my rental

DEREK BENOITMaybe it's because I don't rent Uhaul very often, but I wasn't 100% sure if I took the return photos correctly. It would be helpful for people like me to have a reference for each required photo to be sure. Otherwise, we used the 24/7 rent/return and it was VERY easy and convenient. The keys and key drop-off were clearly marked.
Zerinamarie Peraltathe van had trash left inside. when i went to return the van the location showed it was open but the door was locked the was a guy at the front desk and he seen me at the door, he walked away then came back several minutes later and unlocked the door. he never checked the van to make sure the gas was at the correct level nor did he update my mileage. i asked him why he didn't check the van and he told me i would receive a updated receipt within a hour and i still haven't received the updated receipt.

Michael BerlutiThe process was fairly straightforward. Check-in was smooth and noneventful. One thing I would recommend. I noticed that all of the trucks were parked facing forward. I think it would be a good touch to have staff back them into a spot with the front facing outwards. This way a customer can just jump into the truck and drive off. The other way means they have to back up, sometimes blindly! This could be a safety issue, especially for nonprofessional drivers.

Juan CU haul always come back to you with some fee's that's I don't owe. I brought that truck back on the 18th ...so why am I getting charge for the 19th? Make no sense to me? I also rent again on May 21st, only had it two hours, brought it back, if I owe any money, why didn't they say I owe money then.

ISRAEL ReyesReyesFirst, I would replace the combinations on the key lockboxes. Next, I would have the workers thoroughly clean the entire cab and note any defects/problems. Lastly, each truck should be checked for overall performance before it is rented to the next person.
