Trailer had several lights out and even had broken lenses on lights when checked out I notified worker and he made note of it but in my opinion it should of been red tagged until repaired with that many out I reminded worker when checked it back in and he said they had note of it but should actually be repaired before renting againRONNIE D.
Truck drove okay. Had almost 80K miles on it. Sounded like Serpentine belt needed to be looked at/replaced. Front left (passenger side) tire showed signs of mis-alignment and wear, but truck didn't pull to that side.Gerald L.

I am a frequent customer. I rent once a month and it would be extremely helpful if somehow they could keep all your information on file for faster service. That would be my only complaint. The service is great. Nice, friendly staff no complaints there at all. The Trucks are always available and clean. Just wish we could have a quicker checkout without all the same questions and paperwork we do each month.BRITTANY G.

Stop ripping people off on gas. When I left the pickup location the truck was on 3/4 tank. I only drove 46 miles round trip. When I went to check on how much gas the truck had used it was just little above empty. Cost me right at 100.00 to fill it back to 3/4 tank. RipoffJOSEPH E.

Kerry and her manager both went above and beyond - they were super helpful and friendly. When the previous customer was late returned the truck I reserved they even gave me a discount for having to wait. Totally satisfied with my experience. Will use them again!Jill S.
I reserved a truck online and arrived at 6:30am to pickup my reservation. I chose to use my phone to pick it up since the location was closed. The pickup process was cumbersome and poorly communicated. I had to choose 2 verification options. I don't carry a lease agreement or a passport with me so I chose to enter 2 people I know as verifications. At 6:30am, they were unable to get one of the contacts to answer. It took 30 minutes to finally get through the verification and they let it go through without the 2nd form of verification because there was no other option. Additionally, if I arrive at 6:30 for a pickup and it takes 30 minutes to verify, my 6 hour timer should not start at 6:30.Christopher M.

First let me say the truck was cleaned' had great gas mileage and that experience was great' but..........At this time I'm unable to recommend this location at this time. I rented a truck on 9/919 and returned the truck as I was informed to do. When I called to ensure that everything was ok l was informed my card would be charged $8.00 per gallon for not putting gas in the truck. I was also told by the staff where I rented the truck â€œthat it's Uhaul policy to check the gas on a hillâ€ which will put the gas gaged at a lower level. Given a pic of the gas gaged and informed the transaction was complete and dispute it with Uhaul. I went back to The Uhaul place and checked the gage on s flat surface' which again the gage was appropriate so, I called Uhaul and have been promised a refund. I was in formed that what I was told was NOT Uhauls' policy. So I will rent a truck in the future and ask a lot of question plus read the fine print. Keep all gas receipt.PAULA H.
