Rabon HThe inside of the truck had many water leaks and my stuff got wet. Truck was not water tight.
Jason CEverything went well. Pick up was smooth and quick. Drop off was even faster. We wished we could have gotten a bigger truck, but we booked through an outside agency so that wasn’t the employees fault. We told the person on the phone we needed to move a 2 bedroom apt and were hoping to only need one trip, but turned out we had to fill several cars as well as the uhaul. That was the only downfall. Also, I’m pretty sure we were charged for an appliance dolly and we only received a basic one. It wasn’t worth complaining over a few bucks though. Overall the experience was good and the location was super close to my house which was really convenient.
Kalle MI really liked the way I can search all the sites in the area to find the trailer I needed. However, it would have been easier for me to enter what I needed and you to tell me where you had them in my area then I could just pick the site. Still a pretty easy process. Thanks

Franklin MNo one present, have return time posted, rep arrived 20-25 late than posted return time, rep stated expected return next day, I stated that rental was for up to 2 days and I could return anytime before. Would not recommend! ! ! !

Ted TIt was my own fault but the lady at the pick up location stated that the fuel tank was on half full but when I got in the truck which was sitting on a slope it did appear to be half full but once I got the truck on flat ground and was a few miles away from the facility I noticed the tank was not at 1/2 full it was 1/8 of a tank less than what was stated on the paperwork and what she told me

STEPHEN LThe overall pick-up experience was very good and the manager was extremely helpful. We will need to rent one more truck to finish our out of state move and plan on using this location again in a few weeks. *Please see the comments below regarding the condition of the truck.

John BHorrible service. She walked in right at 0930 and said " Do you see any trailers here? " Looks like you are out of luck". Had to find and hook up and check out myself as the elderly lady working there refused to saying she was just filling in for Compass and never had been there before. She also said the trailer wasn't there and Uhaul " probably screwed us over as they always have problems with uhaul customers" , but I located mine in back behind storage units.. They had no one else there to assist. The manager had taken the day off and did not provide any other employee to help her or anyone needing a trailer and mine was reserved there in advance and verified The night before by Uhaul. The lights did not work but I got them to later. She also did not want to go back to contract on the computer to verify trailer number but she eventually did but it took repeated requests and she took 30 minutes just to print the contract which caused us an hour delay with labor waiting for us. Water from rain came in through corners in front and around door getting some of our belongings wet. Drop off location was on a grade; trailer could have rolled off a foot high ledge...put rocks behind wheels. Uhaul should not associate themselves with Compass.

Brad CThis location had never rented a trailer. The associate behind the desk was friendly and doing her best to be helpful, but was there on the manager's day off sitting in and had absolutely no clue what to do, including how to turn on the computer, get to the programs she needed, how to hook up a trailer, etc. The whole process took about 2.5 hours, should have taken 15 minutes or less.
