Gave my reserved truck to someone else cand then lied about it.I had to drive miles further and pay more moneydue to the extra mileage because my reserc=ved truck was given to someone else. I also paid thre movers and additional hou each at $25/hour thanks to U-haul not caring one bit about their customer. The employee at the Walsingham location where I did get a truck was fantastic and honest. I will NEVER use U-haul again and will bad mouth the company to as many people as I can. I am embarrassed for U-haul. So utterly unprofessional and uncaring. The worst.

Jalexia sloanWhen I returned the following day of returning my auto transport they were just working on the paper work to confirm return. Very irresponsible. Rude girl commented on the complaint I left on the phone about being treated so poorly the day before, she. She left the office while I was trying to return the trailer. The guy sitting there said he was just getting to the paper work from the day before and would process my truck later. It wasn’t processed until the following day. They should both be fired if Uhaul wasn’t to be know for friendly and free of worry rental.
Jacquelyn JonesI called to announce my arrival would be before closing and the response was hurry up I’m leaving. I arrived before closing time and entered the office to ask where to,leave my auto transport. The person working was very uncooperative and reluctant to give me any support to unload. She suggested irrational places to park the auto transport which I was pulling with a 20 ft truck. I told her several times about the difficulty of parking in those tight places with a truck so long and a very small parking lot. I suggested she move some trucks around to accommodate the large truck and trailer but she said she wasn’t going to help. As I was starting the truck up I noticed that the agent had gotten in her car and was speeding off out of the parking lot. She left without checking me out or giving me any support or receipt. I never expected this lousy type of service after making a 9 day trip across the USA.
Jacquelyn JonesThe entire rental process was a nightmare. I scheduled pick up at Seminole Boulevard location because they have always been so accommodating and efficient. I received a call the night before my pick up to go to this location, someone had gone on to my original order and removed moving blankets, a dolley and a hand truck. This location did not open until 9:00 and my pick up was scheduled for 7:00. I had to drive to the Seminole Boulevard location to repurchase the additional items on my order. Ms. Fine was phenomenal! She is a 5 Star employee!

Melanie RobertsonSelf return process very slow took a long time for photos to load. Customer in the area using your self checkout process also was having difficulties. Notice several times that your people don’t seem to want to step in and help at both your pick up and drop off location. And both were located in separate states. Looking for other places to rent trucks in the future. Last survey I filled out online days ago ask for someone to call me no one ever did.
Corey HaireWe got the truck with the check engine light on, so we were worried the whole time that it might break down. The Improvement should be to maintain Vehicles properly so the notification lights don't come on and scare your customers.

Konrad ReybitzThe checkout process had to rrpeated several time. It was late at night and standing in the dark, retaking pictures and downloading apps seems dangerous. I gave up after 4 tries and U haul errors on the app site. Checkout process needs revised.
