The front windshield was very dirty from bugs and things. Went to use the windshield wipers and fluid to clean it. There was no fluid at all. Need to pay attention to details when renting the van.Andrew B.

We were charged for 2 gallongs of gas. We brought the trailer back with more gas then we picked it up with. We were charged for 2 extra days. My original receipt said to deop off on Thursday. You charged us an extra $120.00 that we do not owe you. I contacted your customer service and no one got back to me. I want someone to call me and explain these charges 732-500-2025.Kathryn F.

Vehicle was obviously not cleaned before I got it. The floor had dirt and sand on it. The console had debris in it. There were four empty cans/bottles under the two seats. I refilled the tank to the exact same level at which I took it. Then drove only a couple miles to return it, but was charged for a four gallon refill??? However, the personnel were very pleasant to deal with and the truck rode very well.Fred H.

I rented your truck from this location, I put 10 miles on it and went into a 7-Eleven and put $4 worth of fuel in it to cover the 10 miles, and your U-Haul franchise dealer there charged me $9 for fuel when I returned it with the gauge being in the same place as when I left. The truck was not checked in with me there, they are a storage facility not a U-Haul dealership that when you drive in they check you in check the truck and have you pay for it while you're there. I feel like I got screwed with the $9 charge for fuel.ERNEST F.

You need to do something about the online system to drop off the truck. Way too cumbersome and no one was able to assist me because they were not sure how to get my returned processed. In the end I spent over an hour just trying to return the truck through the website and no one could accomplish that task.Franklyn K.

The Cargo Van was not very clean inside or out. the vehicle was in bad need of a washing and vacuum. I returned with a good vacuuming but did not wash the outside. There was an empty tea bottle just behind the front drive seat the was easily visible when I opened the door. The interior of the van (dashboard, steering wheel, etc) looked like it had not been wiped down or cleaned ever.Charles F.

The personnel at this location were pleasant. The cab of the truck smelled like cigarette smoke. My reservation experience with UHaul was horrible. My pick-up time, location, & vehicle were changed 3 times. The reservation personnel were not pleasant. I reserved an 8-foot pick-up truck and confirmed it at a location near me. I ended up with a 10-foot box truck picked up 45 minutes out of the way. Unless this is made right, I will not be using U-Haul again.James T.

Dropped off uhaul and trailer after renting and the worker at the door had no interest in assisting or providing further information or customer service wether or not I needed to do anything or if anything needed looked over after turning rental in. Checking his watch as if he couldn't be bothered to do his job and had a horrible attitude when telling him I was dropping it off and when asked if anything further was needed wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based off that one experience.Brandon H.

For a facility with such tight maneuvering, they should come out and hook up. I had to hook up and park my own trailer. First time for that renting from UhaulBruce M.
