We asked Michael about using our 20% coupon when we picked up the truck. He told us that they would apply the coupon once dropping out the truck. In his words “they will settle up at the end”. Once we returned the truck the women in Talladega couldn't and she called traffic and she couldn't. They both said it would have been done when picking up the truck. I called Michael in Sarasota and he said in 4 years his never put a coupon in and that Uhaul doesn't do that. Basically calling me a liar and decided telling me and my husband that.

First, Dick, the rental agent was wonderful. My whole issue is U-Haul's worthless reservation system. You allow customers to make reservations for vehicles that are not available and for hours the locations are not open. This rental cost me $150 more than what it should have due to the fact that I had movers waiting on me for nearly an hour due to the fact that the location did not open until an hour after my accepted reservation. Dick did not have the opportunity to do any more than bring the truck around and unhook a car hauler trailer. The interior was not clean, and the windows obviously had a dog's nose rubbed all over them. I am upset at U-Haul, NOT this location. THEN, when I returned the truck and I initially stated the truck needed to be cleaned before it was rented again, you tried to charge me $25 as a cleaning fee. Really?! Get your act together and don't use COVID as an excuse.

I ordered two furniture Dollie's, showed up and was told none were saved. Pretty unacceptable when you're a moving company and a furniture dolly is a main piece of equipment.

They were extremely helpful. I had had the reservation changed 4 times in less than 12 hours. The first was incorrect and then it was changed. The next morning, I received a call, and it was changed again. When I went to the site to pick up the truck the gentlemen working there were solution oriented. I needed the truck to pick up a couch and the only truck they had available was 26 ft. They were helpful in getting a smaller truck and worked on the mileage and overall cost. Truly I found them to be excellent and exceptional at their job.

U-Haul failed me sent me to another location, charged me mileage on the longer distance didn't answer the call at the new location so I waited 15 minutes outside. Charged me for gas of 55 for a truck I drove 47 miles 18 where additional miles because I had to drive further to location. It was all together a moment I realized Ryder rents trucks as well. I was late to my appointment and it costed me 500 dollars because you couldn't deliver my truck on time. No tie downs in truck in the future I'll pass. And charge me for a furniture dolly and gave me a dolly hmmm

We were charged for 2 gallongs of gas. We brought the trailer back with more gas then we picked it up with. We were charged for 2 extra days. My original receipt said to deop off on Thursday. You charged us an extra $120.00 that we do not owe you. I contacted your customer service and no one got back to me. I want someone to call me and explain these charges 732-500-2025.

Vehicle was obviously not cleaned before I got it. The floor had dirt and sand on it. The console had debris in it. There were four empty cans/bottles under the two seats. I refilled the tank to the exact same level at which I took it. Then drove only a couple miles to return it, but was charged for a four gallon refill??? However, the personnel were very pleasant to deal with and the truck rode very well.

No problem with location. Huge issue with Uhaul- Why do you keep charging for extra day. Twice in a row we return within the 24 hr at the location we are told and then get charged $40 extra day. I will be disputing with bank.
