The truck was not cleaned, it was given to me directly after another person reigned it. It was invested with ants and I got bit the entire 600 miles I had to drive.Tamara H.

Car was filthy I was told by the lady at the counter that there's nothing she can do as she's short staff. I had to sanitize and clean the truck myself.Ricardo S.
The system timed out during the license verification process. After contacting the storage facility manager, she advised me to refresh my screen. Maybe Uhaul can add a note on the processing screen so customers know to refresh it. The only other option on the screen was "dismiss". I did not select dismiss because I feared I would have restarted the process from the beginning. Luckily I was picking up during business hours. More of a Storage Warehouse facility than a U-Haul location. Vehicle pick up was smooth. Mileage on odometer and contract differed by a few thousand miles. I picked up the truck a 10am but the contract reflected 9am. Compass Self Storage didn't open until 9:30am. Staff was very friendly.Bruce L.

They were under staffed and only had one lady there. She was super busy and not able to help me attached my U-Haul. Once I left and got on the highway my U-Haul came undone and ruined the bumper to my truck.Sherie O.

I was not pleased as I stopped by a U-Haul location on the day before I needed a trailer and was told that there would be a trailer available the next day and I did not need to reserve the trailer. The next day, when I went to get the trailer, I was told that there was no trailer for me. My mistake. They found a location with a trailer that was about 3 miles away and I went there to pick up the trailer. The problem was this location only had two ladies present and they asked if I knew how to hook-up the trailer. I don't think it is good business to require the customer to pay for the trailer and then require the customer provide the service of hooking the trailer to the vehicle. This rental cost me about $250.00 and since I had never hooked up a trailer about 45 minutes to an hour to hook to my vehicle. Additionally I drove to another U-Haul location for them to check to see if it was safe to drive. Altogether what should have taken me 30 minutes ended up costing me 90 minutes and resulted in having to load an unlit trailer in the dark. I hope you can tell that I am not very happy with this poor service and the time to get hooked-up especially at a cost of $250.00.Larry H.
