The items I requested to be on the truck were not there. I never got a dolly, the hand truck was missing but luckily the guy found one on site, and I didn't get all the blankets. In all it was fine bc the movers had hand trucks but I couldn't figure out how to get my money back for the missing items.Jessica V.

The truck had a lot of miles and the Tow/Haul button on the shifter would not disengage making the truck less efficient but overall great 24/7 experienceSteven T.
The location was fine. The contactless check in and check out was a joke. I got there a little early and tried to pick up and the site said that I chose in person and had to wait for the location to open. I was livid and was trying to find another truck because I did not have an hour and a half to kill. Then I tried again after my time and it let me pick it up. It should have told me that I had to wait until my time instead. It should also tell you to plan in 30 minutes on each end to check in and check out with the site. I needed the truck for 6 hours but an hour of that was checking in and checking out. So I really only had 5 hours. You should tell people the self check in and checkout will take so much time. It was ridiculous standing out in the cold taking pictures of the freaking truck. Going forward I will spend extra money and travel farther to avoid renting a U-Haul.Brad R.

Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Only issue is I paid for dolly that wasn't on board. I was refunded with no problem, but not having the dolly made moving furniture extremely more difficult.Brady R.

The truck was not clean when I rented it and when I left it and told them the truck was not clean and needs to cleaned, they charged me $25.00 cleaning fee. Way 2 go.. U-Haul... Way 2 goo...Siva N.

The location was fine, however, when I arrived to get my truck the people at Compass informed U-haul to call me stating that they did not have a 26-foot truck and I never received a call from U-haul telling me that and I got stuck with a 15 footer that Compass had and it cost me more money since the movers had to make several trips to complete the move. Thanks God that Compas Storage had a truck to give me.ORLANDO A.
This location was fine. Service was good and the front desk was very helpful. U-Haul itself was terrible. I found out the night before that they moved my pickup location 15 miles away. I did not receive the text allowing early pickup and had to wait an hour outside the pickup location for them to open. Phone service was useless with such long waits and no online help to re-send the self pick-up link.Andrew C.

Truck cab had dirt and mud spread over the floor and mid-way up the door panels. Some type of grease or fluid sprayed on the steering wheel and instrument panel; smelled like cigarettes and found a stained women's shirt under driver's seat. If I was not in a time crunch, would of denied the vehicle.Samuel M.

Agent was out during time scheduled to pickup. When she returned she told me I was setup for self pickup but I even showed her there was nothing in my communications from uhaul that told me anything more than to see the agent. Very poor service, very nasty attitude and will refuse any further rental pickup from this location. Horrible representative for uhaul.DONNA M.

My reservation wasmessed up by U-Haul. I rented a truck from one location and then they moved it to another location that was 20 miles away. On my way to that location I found out they did not have a truck either and I had to go to this third and final location. It was one hour of driving just to get to the U-Haul. It was a huge inconvenience and no one seemed to care. The person at the specific location did a nice job but the overall Uhaul experience was terrible. I tried to call multiple times and stayed on hold for 45 minutes with no one ever answering. The lack a communication, responsiveness and accessibility was very poor.CHRIS M.

I originally reserved truck in Brasselton Ga which was 3.5 miles from my home. Pickup location was changed to Buford Ga which is 12 miles from my home. I feel that credit should be given to me due to the increased mileage.DANIEL M.

The facility is nice and the people very helpful. But the van had trash in it, inside basically filthy, and the shocks were wearing on the driver.HARRY L.
The couple of times we've rented from this location, the vehicles were not clean. There were food scraps, personal belongings, candy wrappers, etc. which makes me wonder if they're actually inspected upon return.David L.

I rented a 15 foot truck for another 30 hours give or take. We filled it up with gas to where it was when we got it and cleaned out the back by sweeping and a little mopping. I am being charged $192.49. I feel the attendant who was not even customer service oriented triple charged me. I feel I was ripped off basically.Griffin S.

I would never rent from Compass Self Storage again! When I ask about the equipment that was not on the truck I received the most rude and unprofessional response from the employee at the counter. "I don't work for that company (U-Haul) so I don't know whats on the truck". This kind of response will definitely hurt your/their business.Mark E.

I made a reservation online to P/U cargo van for a Sunday fro 2240 Sparta Way Buford GA. I called the site even to make sure everything was OK. I said I would PU about 1pm so I would have time before they closed at 3pm. When I arrived, about 2pm the attendant said they canceled my reservation because I was more than 30 minutes late. My only option was to rent a larger truck at higher cost. I did NOT receive a call before they cancelled my reservation. I was also told if I return the truck and park it our front I would be charged a $50 parking fee. I was not treated very nice by the attendant. I called to report the issue and received a reference ID case number 2930891 and 4 days later have not heard from UHAUL. I was texted a link to an inspection form and told I had 15 minutes to complete the form or it was assumed everything as OK. The truck wreaked of smoke. Can't take a picture of that to report in the app. I didn't want the attendant to think I had smoke in her truck cause I was confident she would make me pay. Overall a very poor experience at local dealer and UHAUL company.Robert P.

I've used the U-Haul app. A few times now and without fail it's been a nightmare!!! We had to end up waiting about 30 minutes to get assistance with picking up the truck. The app. Is not user friendly at all. Customer service at this location however was wonderful!Roger G.
