This Uhaul franchise is the best I've used because they are so fast, friendly and clean. Simply the best!!!

Camilla KThe Truck’’s AC was not working and instead of cool air it blew out hot air!! NOT GOOD on a warm humid day when you are moving and getting back in to a hot truck that can’t be cooled. This was not worth the $ we had to pay in mileage! Disappointed in UHaul!!!!!!

Robert TFolks at the location were great—uhaul scheduling and customer service not. Booked a truck at location one. Got a call that the truck I want isn’t at the location. i said with four days notice uhaul should be able to move it. Was told that i “can drive to the other location it only 7 miles” I asked about uhaul moving the truck with 4 days left until pickup. was told “you can pick it yourself or cancel we dont care one way or another” So maybe uhaul isn’t going to move trucks around but if i had been explained that and given various options i would have dealt with it. I canceled out of principal and booked the truck at a different location. The new location was actually more handy but rather than helping me i was treated like shit. if there was another company i would have used it. Either make it all software driven or have people who actually help and aren’t a**holes.

Cheryl WNothing to do with my trailer rental experience. But…Open on Sunday like you were when I originally started renting my storage unit. Renters should have access 7 days a week. Put a touch pat with passcode access?
Andrew BGreat people to work with. Friendly and very professional The motorcycle trailer worked fine and did its job, however since I was hauling a heavy road cruiser, the trailer acted like it didn’t have any shocks or is designed for very light weight bikes.
hermanus rPicked up car hauler trailer and took back to house, loaded vehicle onto trailer. Upon checking air pressures on my tow vehicle and making adjustments, I also checked the trailer tires. All four tires max at 65 psi per tire sidewall. But each trailer tire only had between 43-48psi ea. had I hauled my antique vehicle on the high with tire pressures this low, there’s a very good chance I would have experienced a tire failure on the trailer. Lucky I’m someone who I der stands the effects of low tire pressures on hauling a trailer, as I was able to increase the pressures to a safe operating level. But this shouldn’t have been my responsibility renting from uhaul.
