This location in particular was chaotic. No one working spoke English (which is fine, but not when you're trying to offer a service as tedious and complex as this to people who aren't bilingual). I had to speak to the cashiers boss through FaceTime and as a customer this was odd and made me uncomfortable. It took about an hour to pick up a truck that was already reserved.Miranda M.

Make sure whoever will be operating Uhaul rentals, they are present for appointments. The Uhaul dealer was not at appointment upon arrival and never showed. We arrived at 8:05am, and was told the person who operates Uhaul was not at the store and they did not know if he would be there today. We explained we had an appointment at 8am and had movers coming at 9am so we needed our rental. A woman at the store then call the Uhaul dealer and from the sound of his voice he was still in bed. He told her he wasn't coming to the store and needed her to check us in. The woman at the store knew nothing at the Uhaul process and in result we did not leave with the rental until 8:50am. This was by far the worst check in I have ever experienced from Uhaul. I understand Uhaul gives small businesses a chance to operate their trucks, but I really suggest you all vet through applicants accordingly. This store location really gave Uhaul a horrible representation.Nakeya J.
I had an appointment to pick up a vehicle at a specific location and on the website it stated that if they didn't have the vehicle ready or available I would get $50 coverage. Instead I was given the run around and the lady told me that it was a different location where I could get a truck but she would make sure that I wouldn't be charged anything only .59 cents per mile. Worst experience ever at this location. Very unprofessional. The van was very dirty from the previous customer and they had me waiting almost an hour because they had to check it in. The worst experience I've ever had. 10 minutes AFTER my pick up time, they called to me that I need to go to a different location. As I'm on the road driving to the first location I have to turn around and drive to a different location that was in the ghetto. I felt extremely extremely uncomfortable as I picked up the U-Haul from some market place down in the city. The guy on the phone told me I would get $50 credit because of that but the guy at the market place had no idea what I was talking about And wouldn't honor it. I had to call a couple places and finally the lady gave me a customer service number which at that point she refunded me my $50. Worst ever. I was lucky I had somebody with me or I would've been afraid to get out of my car to pick up the U-Haul., As there were five or six guys hanging out in front of the store and inside the store yelling at the clerk behind the plexiglass, I might add.Emma J.

The biggest problem is if I had $100 deposit held on my car then when I pick up the rental yesterday they charged me $85 on my card again so it seems like $185 charge and I did the rental for 24 hours but returned it the same day with more gas in the vehicle but I only get a $55 credit are you kidding me somebody give me a call to see what the heck is going on 434-531-6725MARIA V.

no employees were wearing a mask. employee looked over truck quickly and said we could leave everything was good and I would receive an email notification. We returned the truck at 10:30 and i had to call back at 2:45pm to have them send me an email because they had not sent one and i did not want to be charged for bringing it late when we dropped off that morning.Amanda S.
They overcharged me at first with nonsense i had to call a representative and wait an hour for her to fix their mess!!! It should be 55 plus 22.89 for mileage only and i was charged 120 I had a terrible time picking up the truck which is why the representative had to revise the entire contract and i waited over an hour just to then turn the truck in what I presumed was 45mins early i arrived at the gas station at 3:48 put gas in the truck actually extra gas in the truck and waited in line to turn things over he wrote the mileage down and said i could leave I then get billed for an extra day He took his sweet time to input information into the system I'm sure and if i was 13minutes late according to the paper is that really necessary to charge me an entire full day Definitely disappointedAshley H.
