When we picked up the truck inside the back of the truck ramp was covered in mud and 1/4 inch thick of dirt throughout including the attic space. It took us 30mins to clean it out before loading our stuff. Very disappointing that we had to clean up after someone else. Otherwise we had no issues.

Did not get a walk around they handed me the key told me it was on side of building. Super bumpy ride I called, man said he don’t normally drive the uhaul so he don’t know if that’s how it feels. I put gas exactly where it was when took and they still charged me for gas. Worst customer service ever

We (FEDEX) rented a cargo van to utilize and received a nasty call from someone I guess would be considered "management" after the van was NOT returned after the scheduled time. Instead of extending our time with the vehicle like Hertz or Penske would do, this "manager" calls my driver to let him know that he is about to escalate the situation and report the vehicle stolen. Excuse me, just because your location is in a bad part of town should not mean you call my driver with that attitude. We have a corporate account with Uhaul and because of how this was handled, we will no longer be using uhaul. Penske is now our preferred dealer. Colorado Tire should not be a neighborhood dealer at all!!!

Well after being turned away from 1 place, not for a bad reason. They were booked out. I didn't plan ahead. That gentleman, thou directed us, to this place. When I walked in I asked Him to please be my Angel. Yes Sir, He was and He gave great , quick service, We were on our Happy Way, on to the business at hand. I managed to get the Truck back before the time allotted. So my suggestion is: I gave my information, my ccard and my understanding was, because of the way they wrote it up as a bill, and what WAS actually charged was going to (usually) change, the mileage charge, estimated hours used, insurance charge. Etc., so when you bring back the vechicle, and the place of business is open. They should at least ASK if they want the copy of receipt e-mailed, txt message, or a print it up while I'm standing here receipt. Why I myself prefer, a print it up, while I'm standing here receipt is,...I'm Here..It's Simple..I'd Like to take care of my bill while I'm there, so I can understand what and how much each were in $$ amounts. I have not seen my receipt yet, it was to be emailed to me. He asked for my email., to enter into the computer. Thank You!!

Drop off was slightly easier than pickup but still took way longer than it should have, ridiculous process and the camera was yelling at me to leave the premises as I was returning my truck.

The actual mileage on the truck did not match what Uhaul said it was. I uploaded a photo of the odometer but the system said I could not change the mileage and needed to speak to an attendant. The place was closed so I could not. The equipment - 2 dozen furniture pads- that I pre-paid for were not in the truck as promised and because they were closed I could not get them. The truck stunk of marijuana.

The truck was filthy. Someone had spilled laundry detergent in the back and it stunk up everything. We hoses it out as best we could prior to loading. You got it back in better condition than we received it.

The inside of the cab was full of dirt and pet hair. The customer service and communication was absolutely horrible. They lied about fees and mislead about drop off location. I've rented from uhaul for myself and family at least once a year and never had such a terrible experience. I traveled only in town and got charged over $400 because the team at Colorado Tire and a representative from uhaul 1800 # could not be honest people.

Train your booking people better. My first reservation to pick up in Colorado springs got cancelled and no notification it was cancelled. Had to pick up in Pueblo on a last minute reservation. I will never use U-Haul again.

Dropped the truck off Wednesday 22 Jun at 9:30 am, turned in the key, and had the 36 blankets and dolly in the rear of the truck.. I asked if there was a discount for turning the truck in 2 day early and was told that there would be but the U-Haul person was not available at the time. Left without a receipt of any kind for any of the equipment and never got a discount. Thankfully I didn't get erroneously charged for any blankets, or damage to the truck, but also did not get a receipt until 24 Jun when the truck was due to be turned in, so it basically sat for nearly 3 days on my dime.

They could not locate the truck we reserved. Then they gave us a dirty truck. We took it, and sitting an early start to our travel day, the truck breaks went out. The truck pulled to the right really hard and we couldn’t steer the truck. We were crossing a curved mountain road. This could have be a total disaster had we been going down the mountain! Set us back over a full day!

This location does not care about uhaul and their customers and cost me a double charge on my account. I returned the truck Friday noon. Called 3 times for a receipt and nothing was sent. I had to drive to the location and no one was there so I decided to return it through the uhaul website myself. Since I didn’t have access to the truck I guessed the mileage and cost me $825. I’m sure it will get resolved but in a middle of a move $825 was needed and now I have to wait til Monday for an area manager to fix this. It could have been avoided if the workers there actually did their jobs

This location does not check in your rental when you arrive. They check in equipment at the end of the day, so you walk away with no paperwork saying you dropped off the vehicle. Technically, you're still responsible until they check it in. I would not recommend dropping off at this location.

We had not been given the complete contract so there was no drop off address. When we asked for it, We were given the wrong drop off address in Arizona which turned out to be a car wash. We called Colorado Tire and were then given a second location but they didn’t accept trailers. That location receptionist gave us the complete contract with all the info we needed. This was what we should have received from Colorado Tire at the time of rental

When I rented Truck I said put 100 miles when the ruck was returned I only had36 miles and not adjustment was made and I paid for the 100 miles I kept the truck several days and paid the amount for each day the miles is the only thing that was incorrect

It would be nice to have an actual receipt of the total charges upon return especially since we estimate the mileage. It's almost 24 hours later, and I'm still waiting to see a total. It would also be great to have some type of plastic fencing that we could pull across the back of the truck to deal with the load shifting. It took me almost 30 minutes to get the door open when I reached my destination because the boxes and tubs were pressed so hard against the doorwl. Thanks!

Great experience! The staff took time to help me and provide peace of mind. Originally I had reserved a truck at that location, but for some reason my account was updated for a self-service pickup at a separate location. the self-service process had problems, so I returned to the original location and they were able to take care of my account. First class!

When I finally found the place (extremely difficult to get to) I as already late and over mileage. Very nice young lady checked me in. When I explained what had happened with not being able to return my equipment at a location that was 40 miles closer, she said she would make sure I credited for being "on time" with the equipment. Well, that didn't happen. Was charged an additional $100 for being late. Make sure to get all promises in writing, because U-Haul doesn't stand behind their agents. HORRIBLE customer service

This isn’t a regular UHaul franchise, just a pick up point at a tire store, so I can’t fault them for dog slobber on the windows. Or the fact that the ‘check engine’ light stayed on our whole trip. The truck itself was fine. It rode smoothly and all my stuff got to the final destination in good shape. The price was definitely better than a moving company!

Truck was filthy inside and in the back. Return location wanted to charge us for cleaning but thankfully we took pics of how dirty it was when we got it. They only had 6 of the 12 blankets, but our contract at the return location showed 12, so they wanted to charge us for the missing blankets also. Still waiting for them to fix that in the system so we don’t get charged. We will use Penske from now on.

We had to go to a different location to get a part needed to work the lights. When the worker hooked up the trailer it was not tight enough. We had to stop down the road and tighten it up because it was bouncing all over the place when we first started out.

Highly recommend this business. Did not go for a tire change, though did go for a U-Haul rental pick-up. Staff was extremely helpful and even helped me hook it up and made sure it was safely done before I Departed. As above mentioned, highly recommend.

brand new location i was second customer. I was in a huge hurry and the employees worked hard to get me going. Being a new facility they did not have much experience. The big issue is I called a certain dealer and the person doing the reservation did not tell me she pushed to another store. I did not realize this until i read my paper work at the wrong store. This location was so new they did not have the correct plug for use or sale. I had to go to the store I wanted to buy the plug need for the trailer I rented for Uhaul. It was total horse ****!!! Uhaul you ****** me again!
